All of the spacious bedrooms have en suite facilities and are totally non-smoking. They are decorated to an excellent standard, including quality beds and furnishings. Breakfast includes specials and homemade items, always using high-quality ingredients and fresh local produce. Our two four poster bedrooms both offer fantastic views, not only over the grounds of the hotel, but also of Torquay's seafront.
The person making the reservation must be at least 18 years of age. The accommodation may be used only by the person listed on the reservation form. More persons may be added with our agreement provided the capacity of the accommodation is not exceeded. Cancellations must be notified to us in writing.

Lisa, the owner was absolutely brilliant. Nothing was too much bother hotel was spotless, room was very comfortable, breakfast was lovely, great location to the seafront, beautiful gardens and spotless clean swimming pool, never used it as weather wasn't great. Would definitely recommend and go back again. Oh and plenty of parking just at the back of the house, and a path right to the front door.

Stayed last month for 3 nights. Room 19. Small room, very small bathroom & the shower was so small that we were hitting the walls with elbows & I am a size 12! Window had been painted shut so could only open the bottom & that led straight onto a flat roof so became a security risk. Furniture old & worn. Breakfast was good

Lovely little hotel. Very clean with a lovely full English breakfast including cereals. The gardens are every bit as good as the photos and Liza, the host, is extremelt friendly. Don't take any notice of the negative comments on here as it pretty much BS. The only thing i would say on a slight negative note is that the bathroom in our bedroom was a bit compact. We stayed in room 22. Other than that its superb.

Nearing the end of my weeks stay and I can honestly say that I will be back next year. Very comfortable bedroom with good size ensuite. Owner and staff very friendly and attentive. Great pool with plenty of outdoor seating as well. Excellent unlimited breakfast, veggie sausages on request. I have found it a quiet, relaxing hotel which is just what I wanted. I have slept extremely well every night and will be sorry to leave.

What a rude disorganized so called bed and breakfast.the host lisa had double booked our room which was booked and deposit paid months ago.she blamed it on booking.com saying she had no control of the bookings.my elderly mother and I could not unpack after a long drive as being moved the following day. Locked out of hotel.no one on reception to answer the door.hotel guest answered the door.waited.half an hour for lisa to appear to give us new keys to our room.she accused us of being trouble makers and not accepting it was her fault that the booking was mismanaged by her. To be avoided.

Liza and her team are excellent, room clean and tidy nothing seems to be a problem We arrived early and the first she did was to prioritise the cleaning of our room, not many places would do that. Because of the big match on Sunday of last week she organised a television to be put into the lounge so that we could watch it as a group.{shame about the result?} Breakfast is very nice Thank you again Liza
