We have a 41 bedroom complex within the grounds of the hotel. We offer double, single and twin bedded rooms, all en-suite and stylishly furnished. Several rooms have been adapted to accommodate less able guests. Neutral decor, crisp white linen, tea and coffee making facilities, fluffy towels and toiletries, flat screen Freeview televisions and complimentary wifi all combine to provide a relaxing and comfortable stay. Join us for breakfast the following day in our dining room, with a choice of a hearty Cheshire cooked or a lighter continental style.
The Deanwater is a great place for bar food, Sunday lunch, private dining, family celebrations or just a coffee. We prepare and serve the finest, freshly cooked and wherever possible locally sourced food and drink in our inviting and cosy dining room and bar lounge. There is an excellent choice of traditional favourites, snacks, wines and drinks.

Ideally situated in the heart of Cheshire, rail, airport and motorway links are all close to the hotel making it the perfect location. Our wide choice rooms benefit from natural daylight, direct dial telephone, wi-fi and can accommodate from 2 to 200 delegates. The Balmoral and Gold suites are situated on the ground floor with our Tudor, Oakworth and Regency rooms on the first floor.

The room was small, cozy, and clean and quite more than what I expected for just 85 pounds. There was a beautiful stream running right behind my window so the view was nice as well. It had everything I needed for a one-night emergency stay! Had a good selection for breakfast as well. The staff were very friendly and helpful when I wasn't able to call a cab. Loved staying here. If I ever visit Manchester again, I will likely stay here.

Booked a lunchtime meal here recently. Eight people in total. It's a lovely setting with a casual atmosphere. Plenty of parking at the rear. The food was first class with a very good choice. Service was excellent. I've been to wedding receptions here in the past which have also been first class, but this was my first experience of a casual daytime meal. Will definitely go again.
