The Dean Park Hotel is a well-established hotel which has been successfully serving the local community for over 42 years. In the Summer of 2019 local business owners Colin and Margaret Smart purchased the 33-bed hotel and the transformation began. Haven't been for a very long time. Went for a celebration of life. Room we were in appeared to have recently decorated. Service, food and drink was excellent. There appears to be ongoing landscaping work in the grounds at the rear, hopefully it is to the standard of the seating area at the front of the hotel which looks great. Wouldn't hesitate to use this hotel again.

Took my 87 year old mum to Dean Park Hotel this morning for breakfast and as it was such a nice day we decided to sit outside in the lovely flower garden, which we have done maybe 3-4 times before. I went In to get menus and let the staff know we were there only to be told we can't have our breakfast outside as it was too cold for the staff to come outside and serve us! Really, needless to say we left and won't be back. What has the world come to.

Just visited this very nice hotel for the Mother's Day high tea. Nice surroundings and very attentive staff. The high tea was very nice however, it is the first time I have ever had toast and jam (no butter on table) as a starter? There wasn't a choice other than the toast! I may be wrong but, I'm sure that most people may not want a sweet starter before a savoury main meal? Other than that, I can't fault what was an enjoyable and very reasonably priced experience.

The Dean Park Hotel is a very good place to stay for business and holiday trips. They offer very good quiet rooms and conference places as well. The breakfast ist very delicious both British and continental. The amazing spa area will open this year. A lot of parking spots available. Some of them equipped with charging stations. Accessibility guaranteed.

Spent new year with me and my wife. The hotel, the bedrooms, absolutely out of this world, the attention to detail in every aspect of, furniture deco, approach to the hotel I could go on. Breakfast was all you can eat, and was one of the best breakfast I've ever had. Great band on new years eve, really enjoyed. The staff was a very young team of male and female, and nothing was eny trouble, for them me and my wife thank you all for making it such a fantastic evening. The bag piper at the very end of the evening, was outstanding and a surprise we didn't expect. Go and see the high standard of this hotel for yourself. Room 21

We got married here a number of years ago. It was nice then and it's even nicer now. Was there for the Christmas Market yesterday and was so impressed. Really well done and great stalls. In the bar area there were pizzas, pigs in blankets, hot donuts, waffles - amazing. I hope that they do more events like that.

Lovely room but I stayed at this hotel as I was at a Xmas party night. The food at the party night left a lot to be desired and the service was very slow. The disco DJ was good. However my breakfast the next morning was again not up to scratch the bacon burnt n greasy the scrambled eggs not cooked properly. Safe to say I won't be revisiting.

Spotlessly clean modern comfortable rooms decorated to a high standard. Lovely helpful friendly staff nothing was to much trouble, amazing food excellent quality and super fresh, great drink selection (both alcohol and non alcohol). Our stay has been second to none from start to finish HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Hotel was lovely. Obviously newly refurbished so the room we had was fresh, ultra clean and modern. It was a standard double but was quite spacious. The dining room equally good. Hotel was quiet so there weren't many staff about but they did their best, no complaints there. Overall really good value and I'd recommend it.
