I would personally rate 4.5/5. It has amazing scenery and a bit of loud music. And a bit of a weird policy about time and lane management. Food and drink is good. The some staff was okay but the manager was super cool. I would recommend you to come, if you just want to relax and enjoy bowling with your friends and family.

Quick fast and easy service. For 25 bucks you get 2 hours of bowling and with shoes included. Really good atmosphere and the table service is great. Music is always loud and pumping which is fabulous. And lots of young people can be found everywhere. Would come back again.

It started off rocky, they only had one person taken out orders and he did a great job with the little help he had, most of the staff was too busy bowling. It took a hour for us to get our food and when we did get our food It was cold and missing parts of the order. The drinks where not that great, but i can say once we started bowling we started to have a lot of fun, even doe our balls got stuck a lot.

Waited almost an 1 hour and 45 minutes for my pizza to come out, and the PIZZA sucked really bad! I ordered extra cheese meat lover and it was terrible I had to get a refund on it The Bowling lanes didn't have bumpers for the kids which was annoying the children! This place just needs better management BUT it does truly SUCK for a BOWLING ALLEY So I got response from BOWL 360 stating that all there lanes have bumpers, but on the side we were playing with the kids the lanes did not have any bumpers

I have never felt more humiliated and degraded as a human being than I did at this place. I paid $152 for two games and when the second game started it completely started malfunctioning the guy had to go back to fix it three times during the game and on the fourth time he said if it happens again we will issue a refund his words not mine. Of course it happens again and then he tells us he's going to refund us we wait by the desk for 20 minutes ask him if he's still helping us he said yes please give me a few more minutes waited another 20 minutes told us we have to wait until the manager comes down and we're only gonna refund you for one game and I said sure.

Finally the manager comes down and tells us hi how can I help you. Was already shocked the employee didn't update her but I repeated the story to her and she told us but you started your second game we cannot refund you and then kept repeating that like a parrot even though I kept telling her the employee told us to stop playing so that he may issue us a refund she kept repeating it over and over it seemed like anything I told her she decided I'm gonna be prideful today and win this battle and not let this man receive his refund.

Security came and said the best thing I can do for you is if you come again on a Wednesday just ask for me and I'll give you a free game. I asked him how are you going to remember me he goes I remember everybody. No voucher was offered, paid $152 for the ONE game on the worst lanes you can ever ask for horribly buffed super friction balls are all cracked. the food we ordered and paid for never came and the same manager that refused to give us a refund was the one who told us I don't have a receipt for your food I don't know where it is after showing her the receipt they then made us wait another 20 minutes And served us what we did in order. Honestly felt like something out of the twilight zone the worst experience and the worst customer service ever do not waste your time here. Are used to come here before the renovated and management was so kind and courteous I honestly felt children were operating the place and that lady manager has ridiculous pride issues seems like she had very low self-esteem and likes to take out her anger by using her petty position of power she didn't care if I was on the right or the wrong principle didn't matter to her. Paid for two games only got one that's simple sorry I gotta go puke bye

Music was very loud, but it was a fun experience! The food was good. Also it's very colorful, better than the plain scenery they had before!

A group of 5 of us went early Sunday evening and it was a nice atmosphere. They had a special price for that time of $20 pp including shoes for 2 hrs of play. We got lane 17 in the corner with the comfy couch. We had no one in the lane next to us so we were able to spread out. The Cosmic bowling also added to the fun.

Lanes could use some oil, not sure why we couldn't bowl on the other side of the alley either didn't inquire if it was broken or not Drinks are strong, we didn't try the food, assume it's not good since the employees were eating outside pizza. music a bit gloomy, sad Adele type R&B music all night would've been nice to have hip hop reggae or if R&B like the classic usher Ashanti Ja rule throw backs like ya know like upbeat feel good music. Scenery is nice though being that it's a new establishment. Bathroom was clean, prices are typical for the chain (bit higher than most alleys). Would go back, parking is a hassle too btw.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE LOVE LOVEEEE THIS PLACE! Bowling is my partner and I's favorite hobby. So much so that we like to make sure we can have a session at least once a week! It's nice to be able to have a "bowling home" where the vibe is so laid back, welcoming, professional, supportive, and diverse. They cater to all different cultures musically and they give you so many food and drink options!

The staff is super cool from top management all the way down to general team members. My partner and I love this place so much that we got ENGAGED here! The family and friends we brought here also shared how much they love this place and have already started frequenting. As long as we are in Brooklyn, this will always be our go-to spot!

If you're going make sure you bring more people so the fun lasts. They have rails and throwing supports for the kids. The staff are so nice. There's food you can order and entrees are large enough to share for multiple people. Prices are affordable, 7 or 10 dollars per person per game depending on the time and day. They have an arcade on the second floor and dining tables as well.
