There are three Future Inns hotels in the UK. Our Cardiff hotel opened in 2005, followed by Plymouth in 2006 and Bristol in 2009. They follow the template of the commercially successful and popular Future Inns in Canada, which opened in 1989. Future Inns is an independent, family-owned hotel group. You can expect air-conditioned, en-suite bedrooms enhanced with modern amenities and home from home comforts for your next hotel stay. Everything you would expect of a 4-star hotel with exceptional value for money.

The future inn, the location in across the road from all the shops and a 15min walk to the train station and harbor. The room was fairly large for a double room, clean and everything you expect to find. The staff are friendly, quick and i had no problems with anything. It was nice to know that there was a security guard at night in the lobby, which honestly made me feel alot safer 9/10

My go to place to stay when visiting Bristol, great location, easy to get to when arriving and free parking validated in the adjacent secure Cabot Circus car park. E-scooter parking point available to rent just around the corner. Internet makes working from this hotel a breeze with at least 50Mb down and 50Mb up. Recommended

Brilliant location, just perfect for accessing all of the shopping, food and entertainment you could ask for. Its a 20 minute walk via the park to the Harbourside and everything is just within reach. The room was good, not great and had some minor irritations. There was no coat hook inside the door, which seemed like an odd oversight and all of the room lights were controlled by a single switch.
All on, or all off. No option to change lighting. Weird. Otherwise, clean, comfortable, nice staff and parking was validated which helped keep costs down. Very good and will be coming back.

Last minute stay here for 1 night. Staff very friendly and welcoming on arrival. Room good size with plenty of supplies. Complementy water, robes and flip flops were a nice touch. Beds very comfy. Room very very quiet even on main road. Bathroom did feel a bit clinical like a hospital bathroom but all OK and good shower pressure. Reception allowed us to leave bags in reception after checkout while we had lunch which was great. Oh and did I mention free parking? Free parking at Cabot Circus next to the hotel! Would definitely return if back in town.

Decent hotel. All staff I came across were friendly and helpful. The Mall's Car park is a big perk here, to get 2 days worth of parking for 1 nights' stay is awesome! Literally a 1 minute walk to Cabot Circus. Bedroom was large and clean with tea, coffee, kettle etc. Shower was very large and worked well. Temperature control (with air con) was really good in the room.
The bed is massive and is on the soft side which I'm not used to; however, I slept well - loads of pillows too. There's also a large cupboard with an iron and a safe inside. The only thing the room could have done with was a small fridge. Buffet breakfast was nice with plenty of choice - the young lad who was clearing tables and re filling the breakfast stock worked his socks off and was really friendly! I would recommend and will return again.

Friendly and helpful staff, nice quiet room, had a good night's sleep. Only complaint was a dripping toilet, but just closed the bathroom door. The free parking is via an arrangement with the Cabot Circus carpark next door; you leave your car there and get your ticket stamped at hotel reception when you check out.

We were visiting Bristol for the day so we didn't have a room here, just had breakfast. Found the staff very friendly and attentive. The price was 14 per person, which was a little steep in my opinion but to be expected since it was the city centre. The food was nice, just found the sausages to be of poor quality; tasted cheap. I loved the scrambled egg, that was creamy. Coffee was good as well the latte tasted nice. Will look to possibly stay here in the future.

On arrival Arnold was very professional and polite. It was our first visit and he explained everything to us. Room was very clean and water in the room. Tea/coffee available. With biscuits parking is free in Cabot's. The hotel is perfectly located for city centre dining and shopping. Xmas market was just being set up. Breakfast was good great choice. Will be back.

The Future Inn is a little bit of a bus ride outside of the town centre and I wouldn't recommend it if you're visiting the area for the town. We booked a room here because of a wedding that was being held out in the country a bit and it was the most reasonably priced in the area. There seemed to be a lot of other wedding parties, builders and business people staying at the Hotel. There's nothing to write home about for this place but that's no bad thing. It was clean, a little dated but perfectly adequate for a short stay in the area. Staff were friendly enough and the breakfast was ok.

Basic hotel to sleep in if you are traveling through the area. I have them 2 stars due to the maid service. Both nights of my stay the maid pretended to clean our glassware by just putting the paper back on the dirty glassware. The glassware was visibly dirty on the inside and around the rim.gross! I don't understand how lazy one can be and why this would be done both nights in 2 separate rooms. Based on sanitary issues I would not recommend staying here.

Future Inn is an out of town hotel which is amied at buiness users on the indrustrial estate it is situated on. The hotel is very modern and spacious and most of the rooms come with 2 double beds, free internet (thats thru the TV so is very limited) and little extra features like steam free mirrors in the bathroom. The only slight downside is the restuarnt, there never seems to be enough staff on and something seems to go wrong most times, saying that the staff that are there are making the best of it.
