Chesterfield Hotel

We have stayed in Torquay many times over the last 20 years but this has got to be one of the nicest places we have stayed. Communication was excellent from the point of booking. We booked the penthouse apartment and when we opened the door we were amazed at how big the apartment was and it was immaculate. We especially loved the Bluetooth shower, that was amazing!

We also loved all the little homely touches like fresh bread, milk, jam, tea, coffee etc there for us in our room on arrival. Also the homemade cakes/cookies being left in the lobby area for guests was so lovely. Owners Dan and Amanda were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The B&B is in a fantastic location, only a 10 min walk to the beach and resturants etc. We would defo come back and stay here again. Thank you for a lovely stay :

We loved staying at The Chesterfield, the room was clean, spacious and nicely decorated, and the bed was super comfortable. The hotel is an easy 10-15 minutes walk from the promenade. What made our stay really great were the hosts, Dan and Amanda, who were both so lovely, approachable and helpful. If we go back to Torquay, we'd definitely look to stay at the Chesterfield again!

Amanda and Dan are lovely people who went above and beyond to make myself, my son and my partner welcome. Their b&b is gorgeous and their breakfasts are amazing, we couldn't of asked for a better b&b to stay at, we are now on the way home and are already looking to see when we can go back. We were really made to feel like part of the family, they always had time for us and made the effort to ask about our day ect. We will be going back

We had a penthouse suite but was very disappointed that breakfast was not included. On booking I thought it was included. Will make sure I check that out next time we book anywhere.

Lovely B&B with very comfortable rooms with en-suite facilities. Hosts very friendly and welcoming and nothing to much trouble. Lovely breakfast included and felt right at home. Really enjoyed our 5 day stay and will return.

Me and my wife stayed 6 nights, and were made to feel extremely welcome, the room was lovely and the breakfasts was outstanding I would highly recommend. It's situated a few minutes walk from the beach and not far from the main town. 10/10 we hope to visit again soon.

Excellent B&B. Very friendly hosts who couldn't do enough for us. The breakfast is tremendous and couldn't fault anything with the room. A most enjoyable stay and I'd definitely recommend this place to anybody. They deserve success as incredibly warm couple and lovely place to stay.

Just had a fab time at the Chesterfield. Rooms were spotless and the beds were very comfy the breakfast was amazing. Carol & Mark were amazing hosts and offer a warm and friendly welcome. Would highly recommend his hotel and will definitely return in the near future.
