We understand that customers choose traditional B&B's as they deliver great value for money, and we are no exception. We aim to offer you a friendly, home from home environment in our converted Edwardian property.
Services
All prices are inclusive of a Full English Breakfast, complimentary Wi-Fi and parking. Discount may be available for those not requiring breakfast, long-term stays or group bookings. This is offered at the managers discretion and subject to availability. This is due to there being unprecedented demand for one night stays only on this date meaning we will need to hire extra cleaning staff. No other dates in 2020 currently affected.
We are located approximately 2.5 miles south from Leicester City Centre in the vibrant suburb of Aylestone. Within a 5 minute walk from us you will find an array of amenities including supermarkets, pubs, cafes, restaurants and take-aways. There are good local transport links to the City, the bus stop is conveniently located at the end of our road, as is a local taxi firm who charge 7 for a journey into the centre. We are approximately 2 miles from Junction 21 of the M1 and the M69. There are quick links to the A50, A6, A46 and the A47 from our location.
Although all of our rooms vary in size and are decorated to an individual style, we have captured some images to give you an idea of the standard of accommodation we have to offer. I'm sure you can see that there's no doubt our rooms provide excellent value for money, whilst being clean, comfortable and well equipped.

Now this is a lovely small bed and breakfast the owner's well lovely when we stayed here it's been some time since I've been here but it's very nice stayed in the double room upstairs it was lovely nice hot shower lovely breakfast but the breakfast when I stayed at the weekend with my partner was unavailable which was rather odd all in all it was a lovely place parking to the back of the property and shops bars and restaurants in the village

Great little find! Working at Leicester Royal Infirmary and this is directly en route. Free private car park. The owners give personal touch, nothing was too much trouble. Even managed to see a Tigers game and caught the bus at the end of the road. Perfect base for a exploring Leicester city and Fosse Park.

This B&B is home from home - warm, comfy, clean and friendly. It's in a good, safe location, it's really easy to get into the city and it has it's own car park. Staff were helpful giving me information about the local area. The breakfast is delicious! Great value for money, I'll be staying again when I'm back in Leicester. Thanks!
