We enjoyed a week here. Good location a short bus ride from St Helier, adequately comfortable room (the electric fan helped), service mainly good. Extensive range of hot and cold buffet for breakfast; wide variety of reasonable food on evening bar menu - Note not the menu for guests on half board as we were on B&B.

The room is clean, all good for a 3 star hotel. The shower water no pressure though so you need patience to wash yourself Good breakfast but they do not do no expresso coffee and the food is tipical english bfast. No lunch is provided and dinner is not very diverse either. But depends on the taste and expectation.

We loved our stay in the hotel. The breakfast offered way more than we expected- english breakfast, pastries, yoghurt and fruits. The room was clean and we were pretty happy with the sea side view. Do try their restaurant- the food was good and fresh. We loved the calamary and their fish main course (sea bass).

Came here as part of my big birthday this year. The hotel from the outside looks dated but inside its lovely. The room we have is huge, and the food is amazing we are half board and it's incredible what you get. The staff are friendly and very helpful

Great little hotel. Staff are fantastic, rooms are clean and cozy, the whole hotel has a homely feel about it ( I'm normally a big advocate of a well known premier chain) but the Normandie has won me over, . And the food. OMG! the food is first class, I would fly to Jersey just for a T bone steak at the Normandie. You won't go wrong staying here.

Does the job. We paid 160 for two for two nights which was as cheap as it go for a hotel. Pros: -excellent breakfast offering all the usual from full english, continental pastries, cereals, fruit -friendly and helpful staff -nice facilities Cons: -room was pretty basic with a Queen size bed -super small sink in the toilet -no fridge in our room -light switch at the entrance and not near bedside -location: if using public transport from the airport, it's 20min to St Helier and then another 18min walking from the city centre to the hotel.

If you rent a car, then free parking at the hotel. Basic hotel, I may sound like I complained a lot but overall we were satisfied with our stay, nothing dramatically negative.

Will be joining them again, very nice room with a good view close to the beach, with a goodall round menu. Bus stops just outside, but within walking distance to St Helier. Thank you very much for a wonderful 5 night's rest.

Excellent for the price. Large double room serviced every day, friendly staff, easy access to town, very filling breakfast. Nothing not to like.
