Good apartment, very expensive for the quality of the apartment. Good location. Two floors. Ground floor consist of Living room 2.5m*3m Kitchen 2m* 1.5m Toilet 1.5* 1.8 Basement consist of Master bedroom 4*4.5 m Small bedroom 1.5m *2 m Toilet 2m*1.8m Good apartment but very expensive, alternatives are available with lower price.

Very nice place, quiet and clean. Location is perfect. Mr. Ahemed at the reception was very helpful and professional in his behaviour. Will definitely come back again. Thanks,

Spent 10 nights here with work and absolutely loved it. Staff are great, rooms are squeaky clean and service is top notch. Will definitely return! Thanking you for making my stay so pleasant.

I would have given 4 stars out of 5, had it not been for the disgusting attitude of the woman who says she's the director. How rude and obnoxious can one be!? Horrendous. Avoid.

My family and I stayed at these apartments and had an exceptional stay. Staff get to know you on a first name basis & These are little things that you won't get in bigger hotels. Our apartment was very clean, felt very luxurious and obviously well kept. I would recommend these apartments to anyone who likes the comforts of home but in the center of the city centre. I was delighted with my visit to the hotel. A very warm and welcoming environment for my visit to London. I would highly recommend them. The manager really could not have been more helpful. I am definitely going to stay again.

Lady in charge is absolutely disgusting. The rudest person I've ever come across. Disgraceful customer service. - furthermore, thanks for your reply. you're correct I haven't stayed as my review is surrounding a telephone call I made to you guys considering a booking. The business owner is a horrible woman and very very rude - screaming down the phone at me because I happened to ask too many questions apparently.

Always a pleasure to stay there, great service, helpful staff, very clean and would not stay anywhere else in London. The owner Ginette is very helpful and welcomed us, she answered all our questions and nothing was too much trouble for her. I am realy happy with the services and the people working in Carlton Court. I have reached around 7:00pm and Mrs. Gienette haiat welcomed me warmly along with her staff. She sent Mr. Ahmed with us to show us our Apartment and helping us sattling in it. Mrs. Gienette did a very good discount once she knew that i am paying the charges in cash and she was keeping asking me for any help during my stay.

The managment were so gentle and kind and the staff were so helpfull. I will recomend my family and my friends to choose Carlton Court to share with me the wonderfull experience that I had. The place is well secured and nobody will bothor you privacy. I felt like a home. God bless Mrs. Genette and her staff and wish them all the best.

Very cosy apt. For a family to stay. Affordable price. Have toilet for disable person which rare to find in London. A had stayed at few hotels but this is the only one with Disable toilet. Staffs are very helpful especial for Mr Danial. Thank you so much recommend others to stay.
