Woodlea is a great location for your overnight stays in the city centre of Perth, close to the bus and railway stations, an easy few minutes' walk to the city's great choice of shops, restaurants and pubs. Clean and comfortable accommodation - twelve rooms to suit all needs - single, doubles, twins and two family rooms. The Woodlea was originally built as the Manse in 1862 and there are many original Victorian features. Cosy guest lounge with leather suites, relax with a drink from our bar and dip into a collection of magazines, books and local information.

Had a lovely stay at The Woodlea with the charming owner and proprietor Sue. Outstanding hospitality with local recommendations and an amazing breakfast with local produce. A charming period hotel not lacking great amenities including a powerful shower and the most comfortable of beds. This is a truly family run business with Sue's daughters, Katie and Louise, a regular feature around the B&B. Do yourself a favour and pop in to meet Sue and stay at this fantastic spot in the centre of Perth.
