Each of our 23 en-suite bedrooms are individually designed and created to provide our guests with every comfort. From a high-quality mattress to the soft pillows, all our bedrooms are well appointed with flat screen TV, luxurious toiletries and a hospitality tray of beverages. We have two ground floor bedrooms which are fully equipped and adapted for guests with disabilities. Our standard rooms are compact but fully equipped with everything you would find in our larger rooms, perfect for the single business traveller.
For our first visit to the Cae Mor, I cannot not praise it enough from the warm and friendly greeting of the receptionist Lucy, the service from the breakfast (exceptional by the way) staff, everything you could want on the buffet to the full Welsh breakfast to set you up for the day. Beautiful sea view room spotlessly clean, comfy new mattress.

Stayed for most of a week that we spent exploring North Wales. The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious, the room (superior king sized) was huge, comfy, cosy and very nice. Its right over the road from the seafront and easy wandering distance from town. The view across the bay and out to sea was magnificent, we spent ages sitting in the comfy chairs in our room watching the sun go down over the sea.
Would absolutely recommend this hotel. The ONLY downside was that their restaurant serving in the evening (which we knew when we booked) so we ordered take out a few times, however, even here the staff went above and beyond, opened the bar for us and got us cutlery/crockery to eat out take out in the restaurant area.

Me and am my now wife had are wedding reception here I really do not know where to start the service we got from start to finish was outstanding we couldn't fault anything such friendly staff nothing was to much hassle made the day that bit more special the rooms was soo clean can't fault the cae mor thank you Marc, Sheryl and the team

An absolute pleasure! Very welcoming staff, nothing too much trouble, outstanding room. Everything you could want for breakfast, very, very clean. Top service, really felt very looked after. Will definitely visit again, fabulous sea view. Went to see a show at venue cwmru, literally next door. Private car park so never had to worry about the car. Will be coming back for sure! x

Just got back from a short stay at this hotel in Llandudno and cannot fault it. Was very warm, comfortable and clean. Staff were very friendly, helpful and attentative. Only had breakfast but this was lovely, plenty of choice and very tasty. Certainly set us up for a day walking up the Great Orme! Would definitely recommend a stay here.

For a Best Western Hotel, I was pleasantly surprised. Lovely room overlooking the prom and beach, along the coast to the east. This is a Victoria Hotel and I was expecting something a bit battered to be honest. But no, not our room with ensuite. A squeek ie floorboard yes, a few noises from traffic, but nothing that disturbed sleep. Comphy bed, 2 soft chairs, tea, coffee selection etc. And the staff were helpful. We ate out, so cannot comment on food. Easy walk to town. Public swim pool to rear. We'll be back.

The Cae Mor was recommended to us by friends so we decided on a quick, one night stay. I chose the superior room option as it was our anniversary. I don't normally do reviews but felt I had to on this occasion as nothing could be falted! The room, the staff and the food were all excellent. Will definitely be returning and also recommending to friends. Many thanks.

I booked this hotel for four nights from nineteenth September. I confirmed my booking on 18th. However during the night I was taken Ill. I rang the hotel to explain. Since the the hotel have debited my card for the full amount. I rang them and spoke to a female, she said the owners weren't available but would leave a message for them to ring me. Im still waiting. Disgusting. Proves they are only interested in MONEY.Recommend that you don't stay with these people.

Just come back from 3 nights here taking our elderly parents. We used the 2 disabled rooms. Rooms were spotlessly clean, all staff very friendly and helpful and the breakfasts lovely. The hotel is a little dated in places but that's some of its charm. We've booked again for April 2022 already and look forward to our next visit
