I've came to stay in the Bushtown on a few occasions now, and am always extremely pleased with the experience. It's a great location, about 20 minutes away from the closest beach, and about 5-10 minutes away from the town centre. Great service and facilities, and nice to see renovations under way in some of the rooms. The wedding packages are also amazing, me and my fiancee are getting married here next year and can't wait.

Booked a "deluxe" room but it was the same as every other hotel room I've stayed in. Nothing wrong with it but nothing to make it deluxe. Only enough towels for one person provided in the double room; then had to ask twice for more. Nice pool area but no sauna, only steam room. Jacuzzi not fully working. Comfortable bar area, friendly staff, good breakfast.

Fantastic hotel with great staff. I arrived early and they facilitied an early check in. Reception staff explained everything very well and organised me a taxi for my outing. The bar staff were very good and the live music was a great bonus (John & Geraldine) Everyone in the hotel were very friendly. I didn't get to try the spa but it looked fantastic in the brochure.

Wanted a quiet relaxing weekend and we got exactly what we were after. From the moment we arrived until we left it was spot on. Very welcoming atmosphere and the staff were amazing, so friendly and eager to help when asked. Our room was comfortable and well maintained, they obviously take pride in their level of cleanliness. The pool and spa area were immaculate and refreshing, certainly makes the hotel a hidden treasure.
The location is perfectly situated to Coleraine, 5min drive at most. Great for shopping or a train to the beach. As well as enjoying our stay, the food in the restaurant was a great bonus, as our meals were perfect for us and the service more what you would expect in a 5* hotel. We will definitely go to this hotel again, even of its just for the steaks.

We went there 3 weeks ago for the Sunday carvery. I never got worse in my life. The chicken wings were gooey, the soup was mushroom or tomato (who is going to want mushroom or tomato soup for a starter,w here did the vegetable soup go!)the dinner was just average and a real letdown. compared to before lockdown where it used to be beautiful, now they don't even serve rare beef, and the wee girl had to wait ages on a portion of chips.not a happy family! And it cost 120 I'll go an extra 7/8 mile down the road and get a proper meal

Nice property good value for money. Friendly staff at reception on check in, very clean, nicely decorated & welcoming, I had requested a room near the facilities or reception due to walking difficulties & I was given an excellent location, very much appreciated. The pool & spa area I would say has recently been decorated as it is very fresh looking & smart just needs a few bits tidied up.
Very disappointed with the jacuzzi as the water coming through the jets was freezing cold, the complete opposite to every jacuzzi I've ever used. Breakfast was help yourself to cereal, juice & toast & then a server took hot food order, unfortunately I think she left her enthusiasm & customer service at home on this particular morning. There were only 3 tables with guests seated & at no point after the food was delivered to the tables did she return to check on us.
The other 2 tables finished before myself & around 10 minutes later their tables had not been cleared as she had still not appeared. Really not very good customer service, food was quite nice could have been a little warmer as not particularly hot. Hand sanitizer throughout. I do think it would have been appropriate to mention somewhere on their website that refurbishment was being carried out as I was awoken at around 8.15am by workmen chatting & banging not the ideal wake up call especially as I did not need to get up.

First time we have been at The Bushtown in quite a while and was pleasantly surprised! The layout is different on entry and has a great refurbishment.lovely pastel seating and relaxing ambience. They no longer do daily carvery. Sundays only upstairs.we were greeted by Ivan and had a beautiful meal.would thoroughly recommend this wee hidden jewel for a relaxed leisurely Lunch, Coffee, Afternoon Tea.or Dinner.

Just returned from a wonderful relaxing spa break in Bushtown House Hotel. The staff were so welcoming and friendly right from arrival to departure. Our rooms were refurbished and the beds were so comfortable. A special mention to George who looked after us extremely well in the bar and restaurant, nothing was too much trouble. The food in the restaurant was delicious and very reasonably priced. The spa area is fantastic and many thanks to Tracey and Amy for our treatments. I would highly recommend this hotel and spa and we will be back!

Friendly staff, but price not really justified. The full body massage was amazing, but I think the rest can't really be called a spa. There's no real jacuzzi and the steam room wasn't very nice (and one was closed). The room was average. We had a nice stay but it was a bit overpriced for what it was

I stayed here for 1 night just to rest after a stressful few months. This hotel ticked that box! Thank you! It has a lovely atmosphere and the staff were so attentive. A special mention to Joanne in the spa! The room was massive and the bed was so comfy. Terrific shower too! Nice spa and the dinner and breakfast were delicious!

Carvery lunch was delicious and reasonably priced. My only disappointment was that it is served upstairs. When I asked the man at reception where the lift was I was told that there was a disabled chair lift around the upper side of the hotel. I made my way round - thankfully it was a lovely day- only to find the door into where the lift is was locked! There were no sign to give directions. Certainly not very disabled friendly in 2021.

My daughter's wedding.first time ever to go to this hotel. The grounds were nice enough for photographs. Indoors there was plenty of room to eat and to dance. Food okay. Young staff serving were so lovely. I don't think.in my opinion.the food was worth forty pound a head. The waiters and waitresses were worth more.
