We were absolutely overwhelmed by the stunning bedroom and enormous and beautiful bathroom, with a victorian stand alone bath, double shower and His n Hers sink units the view was lovely with a balcony similar to what you would see in New Orleans all the way around the house. David the owner was just so lovely and accommodating, and Fiona the lady that works there, was just so lovely and wonderful too.
It was home from home, with an honesty bar, with just about every drink you could wish for. The breakfasts were delicious with a magnificent choice of cearals and fresh fruit, pineapple, kiwi, strawberries, oranges, grapefruit, blueberries, prunes and grapes. And the cooked breakfast just as amazing, as was the smoked haddock. Our 4 days went far too quickly but we will certainly back. Thank you David for a truly wonderful break away, St Maur is a true gem on the Isle of Wight! See you again for sure! Carol & Dennis Andrews

Very friendly staff. Lots of laughter can be heard amongst staff so that's a good sign. Very accommodating. Very varied menu for breakfast. The room was very large and had a balcony with a beautiful view. Some parking on site but on Road parking very close if the car park is full. The downside is with the area it's very hilly and the nearest convenience store is a 15 minute walk each way.
