Belgrave Hotel

Mildly disappointing at every turn - this feels like a building built many decades ago that's sadly struggling to meet modern demands. The lift is tiny, slow, and feels like a retrofit, stopping uselessly *between* floors so that you still need to climb steps to access any room. The ghost of a wifi network is occasionally visible, but it barely reaches beyond the ground floor and is clearly overloaded; never in three days were we able to successfully connect.

Upon arriving in our room, I had to struggle to move furniture in order to unveil a power socket. We had to pay for parking daily at a car park in the town, which was a costly chore. On departure, we discovered that the breakfasts we'd been having were apparently 50% more expensive than we'd been told when we arrived, and the desk clerk failed to explain why and ended up extracting the inflated price from us.

Superb location in a very historic town, the guest rooms are tired and depressing but very clean and the bed comfortable. The food is excellent and the sweets selection superb. Drinks are not overpriced. We would use again.

From arrival to departure nothing was too much trouble. All the staff were excellent, they couldn't do enough for you, all very polite and friendly. What can I say about the food?. Good size portions, hot, a very varied menu which would suit everyone. Fresh ingredients and always served with a smile. The location excellent, 2 minute walk to town for all facilities and overlooking South Beach. This was our first visit but it certainly won't be the last. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay very enjoyable.

Lovely big room, no sea view but room was spotless with a walk in wardrobe, double bed too hard though so my wife slept in the single bed which was softer, lovely hot shower and plenty of tea and coffee sachets on request. Drinks a bit expensive in the bar but friendly staff.

Myself and my family had a meal on the Saturday which was not only large but stunning as well. We returned on the Sunday for roast and was not disappointed. The staff were fantastic and very welcoming especially max. We will definitely return.

Perfect location for visiting Tenby. Close to the beaches and the town. Views amazing. The public car park was minutes away and only 7 for 24hours. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was perfect for what we needed. Beach - Water was the perfect temperature for March and the sand was soft. Great views and bracing sea breezes. Perfect for al fresco fish and chips

Service was excellent especially Shirice, food was good and drinks for the all inclusive were very good. The hotel was clean but the room was not very big. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

We stayed as part of a coach party and as soon as we arrived were warmly welcomed. Everyone was so helpful and nothing was any trouble for them. The restaurant staff especially Jess were lovely and cheerful. Same in the bar with Zam. Lovely person. All the staff are a credit to you. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great hotel! Hotel staff very helpful, nothing too much trouble. Food is amazing and well presented. Good location, 5 minutes walk to the beach, and also 5 minutes walk to the town. Downstairs is amazing, rooms a tiny bit dated but will be amazing as the rest of the hotel before too long I'm sure, they are large n clean though, tea and coffee facilities in the room. SHOWER WAS CLASS!
