Accommodation was great & breakfast you can eat as much as you like an was plenty of choice. Angie, I would just like to say we all enjoyed our stay at southbeach you made us all welcome the food was spot on and we all felt comfortable and at ease. Absolutely outstanding! I haven't got one bad word to say, from the moment we arrived to the moment we left everything was perfect. The service was amazing, I've never felt so welcome in all of my life during a holiday. Food was an absolute 10/10 and location is central, 20 minute walk to the tower if that, bus and tram stops right outside the doorstep as well! Would 100% recommend South Beach to family and friends and 100% stay here again!

The service was great. Breakfast was amazing. Anything you wanted or needed just asked. Very friendly service an very accommodating. even stayed an extra nite. Was like being at home with the banter you have to be thick skinned for Sam he a character lol. Was in a great location on sea front. Rooms have everything you need. Replacing the mattresses would be a good investment. Forgot they made mattresses with springs lol. But defo be back again. Thanks for the great time and pleasure of meeting yous.

Ann and Sam were so lovely, friendly and funny, barman Joe was such a brilliant character and great to chat to every evening, all were so kind to our 2 kids which really made our stay superb. The room was very clean and spacious, shower was excellent and clean bathroom. Breakfast was absolutely exceptional. Accommodated secure parking for the stay. Lounge and bar was very relaxing with a fantastic view.
Best stay in Blackpool yet, and already booked to stay for the illuminations. Can't wait to see you all again and laugh at your jokes Sam, Fantastic hotel, which we loved and made our stay exceptional

Upon arrival they came out to meet and greet us and then showed us to were i could park for free. Once in hotel all staff down to earth and had a laugh making us all feel welcome. All areas clean and tidy. Room was fine and no issues. Great location and great breakfast (normally help your self but due to covid you go up and they serve you) and can have as much or little as you want, also has cereal if you don't want cooked. Would definitly stay again.

Why you all lying for? I've never been so applied to the hotel. The sleeping condition is horrific found hair on the pillow, The remote was Filthy. Yellow bathroom tail. Definitely wouldn't recommend people with children. Had to find a way to adapt to make the room Bearable. Bought Dettol for the local Lidl to have so sort of continuous. Pictures website are exaggerated nothing like it has to be displayed on the website. Slept with no blanket and had to lay on the towel down to sleep on top off. The photo to on the website is a sight of a brick wall. All in all NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS HOTEL

Myself and my family stayed for the weekend last Week. We had a brilliant time. The host Angie and Sam and family were very welcoming and couldn't do enough for us and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was brilliant, rooms very clean, sanitised and well equipped. Hotel centralised and ideal for visiting the beach and both ends of the promenade. We will be back again soon. Cath and family.
