Excellent owner and quality service for breakfast, all the staff were lovely and accommodating, bedroom and shower was great and clean, will come again.

Clean and tidy, wasn't too keen on the pink ensuite though, but it was fine for the two day stay, breakfast was good and the hosts were polite and helpful, location was ok, remember to get your tram tickets online, that made a big difference getting about, very much a typical BnB in Blackpool, would have no issues staying there again

Rooms are small but extremely clean and well kept, beds were so comfy. Franco and Naglaa were so welcoming and helpful, they cooked us breakfast each morning which was delicious and were overall generous and lovely hosts. Would definitely recommend staying with them!

What a lovely hotel, clean, comfortable and friendly. Breakfast was freshly cooked each morning, excellent host, checked we had everything we needed. I would rebook to stay again and highly recommend for a clean comfy stay, you will not be disappointed.

This was a last minute trip for me so I wasn't expecting to come but I'm very glad I did. It was my first time staying at this hotel and I'm very impressed with the cleanliness, the level of service and the friendly owners. The owners can't do enough for you, the rooms are very clean and comfortable and the hotel is just a stones throw from the beach.

I know parking can be a big problem in Blackpool, however there are lots of on street parking spaces available around the hotel. The hotel itself is located on a quiet street around the corner from the Savoy. Breakfast is perfect with a good choice of cereals, plenty of toast, juices, tea and coffee, and a good old proper English breakfast. Overall I'm very impressed.

The owners have done a fantastic job of creating a friendly and welcoming hotel that I think most people will love. I'll definitely be staying here again whenever I'm back in Blackpool.

Great atmosphere, our room was ideal for what we wanted. Franco and Naglaa are very good hosts and very accommodating. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic and parking was good. The location was ideal being only a few minutes from a tram stop. We would definitely return to stay here again.

Absolutely perfect B&B with wonderful owners who take pride in the business and it shows. Clean & tidy from the entrance to the dining room and into the rooms. The breakfast is prepared and servered superbly and will set you up for the day. Thank you for a lovely stay Franco & Naglaa you couldn't of done anymore for us, we will be returning soon.
