We are ideally situated just off the Promenade adjacent to Blackpools World Famous Pleasure Beach. Other famous attractions include Winter Gardens, Tower, Sandcastle Water Park and Blackpools Golden Mile. We also take a great deal of pride in the excellent home cooked cuisines that we can provide to our guests.
Services
We pride ourselves on the quality of our home-cooked cuisine. We offer a full English breakfast and four-course evening dinner, both with a choice of menu. A selection of table wines is available to complement your meal. We are happy to cater for vegetarians and special diets, but please give us prior notice.

Could not ask for better customer service. The owner was so helpful and really friendly. The room was small but clean, and much better than other places I've stayed in. The location is idea for the pleasure Beach, and the tram is a 3 min walk away. Will definitely be returning. Top tip. Book direct and not through a third party.

John is very hospitable and is quick to fix things when they go wrong and the breakfast is great! The hotel is very clean. However the compact room was too small for me and my daughter. The door to toilet was broken and shower was leaking and space in there too small to shower. The stairs are also very steep, wouldn't recommend it for anyone with mobility problems.
The chair in bedroom sunk in when l sat in it. I know the price is reasonable but it doesn't mean things should be broken! I havnt been to any small hotels in Blackpool, am just comparing with bigger hotels I have visited. But think it could do with some modernisation!

Although I've not yet had the pleasure of staying here due to Covid I spoke with the John today to cancel our booking, first experiences have been really positive and he was very understanding over the phone, we'll be aiming to visit Blackpool next year and we will definitely be looking forward to rebooking this hotel in the future

Me and the husband stayed here for 2 nights.it was AWFUL! firstly your greeted by a dog and a disgusting smell as soon as you walk in. Then the room. carpet id disgusting shower is soo small that you need to go under the sink to get to it. But the door doesnt ecen close properly we i think its a door anyway. Just simply smelly and disgusting i would never come hete agsin sadly. You need to use all your power to open snd close the door too.

Me and my son stayed here and was made very welcome and comfortable.owners very helpful and friendly.and friendly dog.toilet shower room small but manageable.close to a large over night car park and pleasure beach.lovely clean and warm place and John made sure we was all happy breakfast time.also on the safety side was told what to do if fire alarm goes off which did.false alarm but nice to now every 1 followed all the right procedures.
