The Rolling Waves Guest House is furnished to a very high standard with colour co-ordinated fabrics and attention to every detail. Our constant aim is to make your stay with us comfortable and happy and the accommodation is based on a Bed and Breakfast Tariff.

The hotel offers superb sea views from the lounge, dining room, overlooking Porth Island, Porth Beach and Newquay Bay. The local pub the Mermaid, tea garden and ten pin bowling are only a short walk away.

The Rolling Waves Guest House is ideally situated on the coast road two miles north of Newquay Town Centre. We have superb uninterrupted views of Porth Beach and Newquay Bay, and 100 yards each side of Rolling Waves are Whipsiderry and Porth Beaches. At low tide on the long, safe, sandy beach at Porth the rocks form small coves.

Directions Report

Stay on the A30 until junction marked Highgate Hill for A39/A392 to Newquay and Indian Queens. On reaching Quintrell Downs (roundabout) take the 3rd exit on to the A3058 (over level crossing) heading to Newquay. Continue along this road until you reach a double mini roundabout, known as Porth Four Turnings.

Myself, wife and son spent 3 nights at rolling waves and we had a great time! Perfect location, clean tidy and a great breakfast! Owners are very helpful and will go out of there way to make your stay with them perfect. Will definitely.be back.

Great Holiday BnB, right across from a stunning Beach. Excellent Yummy Breakfasts to set you up for Stunning sea views. Thanks for excellent hospitality Alec & Jenny see you again next year. They are never too busy to help and give you advice where to go and what to see. Where to find great evening meals etc. Been there 2 years in a row now. Had a Wonderful Holiday as usual. A superb guest house set just up the hill with wonderful views overlooking Porth Beach. The owners, Alec & Jenny, are very friendly & always offer a warm welcome. A delicious breakfast is available with a good choice. Highly recommended.

Excellent place to stay! Stunning views. My son is in the army and based close by. He and his girlfriend joined us for breakfast both days of our stay they also were made very welcome. Excellent guest house. Alec & Jenny are the nicest hosts you could ask for. Clean rooms, the nicest breakfast you could get. Very child friendly too - we should know.
