Lechlade is the perfect centre for all your visits in the Cotswolds area. The owners and the personnel are very kind. Good pub. Good food. Nice rooms with one of the finest shower we had in two weeks holiday. An Inn with lot's of history (Like a lot of them ofcourse). There are some fine footpaths next to the Thames. Also a nice small field with picnic tables where you can drink some and bathe in the sun.

Just home from a 3 night break at this hotel and we had a lovely time. Very kind and helpful staff and owner. Gluten free meals available for me being a ceoliac, and a real huge open log fire. Very cosy. Michelle was a lovely lady checking us in and giving us information. Evening meals were amazing and gluten free for me. Thank you to the chef and all your lovely staff.

A great one night stay in this old hotel with a lot of character. The room showed its age but facilities were fine. The bar was well patronised by locals and the beer was good. The evening meal was outstanding and breakfast was very good. Gluten free food and vegetarians were well catered for. A beautiful spot with the Thames flowing by at the bottom of the garden. Hope to stay again

I would like to start by saying that my stay at the New Inn was absolutely fantastic. The food was great, the customer service was brilliant, and the staff there are absolutely fantastic, and extremely helpful and super kind, always smiling, every time I went into the bar for a drink or food or even to walk to my hotel room I was met with such a warm welcome, and I will definitely recommend the hotel to friends and family and i also will definitely be back again myself in the near future. We visited on a Friday night just before Christmas so we expected it to be busy and we were alerted that the wait for food would be a bit longer as they were busy. The food was delicious and well presented. The service was good and attentive. I dropped a star as my pie crust was over baked and hard and it was just so noisy as we had a party behind us. Will return on hopefully a quieter occasion as the food was excellent.
