Oak Lea Hotel

Good place to stay as it is near to beach and all other attractions.

Absolutely amazing stay we had the best time all staff couldn't do enough for you nothing was to much trouble breakfast was lovely and again amazing service cant wait to return there

First time staying in a hotel with two children, nice quite, very clean place, bedrooms pleasant, staff great. Didn't hear any noise at night other then the seagulls very nice family hotel will definitely coming back in the future x

The Oak Lea Hotel is in Blackpool, now given the plethora of Hotel, BnB, Guest Houses to stay in, the Oak Lea is as good as any. Very walkable from Blackpool North Railway Station, fine area, people, room for any length of stay, hence I can commend the Oak Lea 2u.

The rooms have a fake sealing and you can't sleep even if the person in the next room is talking gently on the phone as it sounds as if they were in the room with you. Service is almost none as staff are merely present do drop the keys or anything else. We woke up to find out that the restaurant is not operating even though they had a flyer menu in each room.

Cheap on the toiletries, left one small bag of shampoo for each guest ans one bag of tea per guest only. The worst was that they only had two sockets in the whole room, so couldn't watch tv whilst charging two phones at the same time or boil water whilst charging a phone and watching tv. Not to mention my gf's hair straighteners and hair dryer etc. I would go somewere else tbh.

Very basic! No bar & no bacon sauces was nice but there beef sausages if you like your breakfast this is not the place for you! Slept well the bed was so comfy! Very dowdy downstairs! Not be staying again!

Clean hotel comfortable beds, no pressure in taps or shower, either too hot or too cold in room, no sockets, but i had brought extension, television was tiny. did not try the breakfast, , was ideal position for where we needed. and all in all not a bad place, just needs to update the decor and sort out the plumbing.

We have had another fabulous week, thank you all, our room was lovely and warm and clean. We are already planning our return to you next year, once again thank you Yas and the team, we appreciate the great service we always get.

I had to come to Blackpool to help my Auntie move onto a car home and used the hotel as my base for 3 night's. The family run hotel could not do enough for me really lovely family service with a smile. The room was clean with a good size TV lot's of tea and coffee making facilities so I didn't have to ask for extra. Small room but shower was hot the room temperature was just right I had a great night's sleep all of the stay. In general a brilliant stay for me at a hard time. Thanks

Man who checked us in and cooked breakfast was very argumentative! No spread just juice, coffee and cereal. Had to verbally spar with him to get some scrambled egg and some mushrooms he fried in margarine. Late shift manager was nice guy and room was a good size.
