Still a work on progress when we stayed in May 22 but communal areas are very nice. The breakfast was good for meat eaters in fact my husband said it was great the option of veggie sausages would have got the same from me. The room was a bit basic but very comfortable. No dressing table or mirror and a very small tv. Really hot potential I'd definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for work and this is a budget hotel so please do not expect luxury. It's a 10-15 minute drive from Weymouth. Unfortunately I arrived with high hopes. My room was on the second floor and there's no lift, and not ideal if you're carrying heavy luggage. The room was very basic and clean. There was a smell of fresh paint. The room had a single bed which wasn't what I expected.
Within the room a very small television on the wall. Refreshments available were tea and coffee. Shower cubicle was tight however bathroom was clean. Had a good nights sleep. If you wish to use the iron you have to do this downstairs due to health and safety, as the stairs are extremely steep. Breakfast was okay, full English available. As mentioned it isn't a luxury hotel however staff are very accommodating. Had a lovely walk before my all day meeting.

Only spent one night here and unfortunately the hotel had booked a birthday party (people screaming around the corridors) so not the best experience, the staff were awesome and very accommodating, just an unfortunate booking on my part, would definitely try again in the future, and a lovely little beach just beyond the car park.

Couldn't sleep, loud as there are many pub nearby. Walls are thin so you can hear things. They have breakfast self serve. They got a green parrot by the front desk. It bites a lot Edit: The owner has misinterpreted my cheeky review regarding the parrot. thus I apologize on my behalf, what I was trying to convey: The parrot by the reception is adorable but be warned as it does like to bite. There is a sign saying a warning that it bites so I would not suggest letting kids near it.
