Enterkine Country House

Undertook a wedding photobooth at the Enterkine House Hotel last night and was blown away by the refurb they have done to it. The new terrace showcases the wonderful country setting it sits in. Plus the staff were very friendly and attentive. I was genuinely impressed by the whole experience

My sister got married here, the best wedding venue I've been to. They cannot do enough for you. They are in this for all the right reasons. Can't wait to see what the future holds for this venue. As it keeps getting bigger and better xx

Was there 21st April 2022 to attend wedding and overnight stay was best wedding experience ever from the moment I got into car park beautiful place and location found every member of staff delightful and owner was lovely you all deserve a 5 star rating my room was at top room 8 my wife and myself thought room was beautifully done by someone with good taste we had great sleep and breakfast was superb. And bride and groom were fantastic to. thanks for memories. Mister and misses CM xxx

Recently attended here for a wedding, and on arrival the place looks amazing. On entry to the hotel there was no one there to great wedding guests and we had no idea of where to go. We checked in as we had been provided a room by the bride & groom. At reception we were thrown keys and told we were in the roof tops. No check-in, no direction, no instructions of where to go.

When asked, it was as if we were an inconvenience. On entering the room, there were dead flies on the window sill and carpet, holes in the towels, no coat hangers for clothes, stains on the carpet, paint on the bathroom floor. This room was more like a hostel room.basic, basic, basic. Lack of staff ment long waits at the bar, no tea and coffee provided after the meal, and "covid and lack of staff were to blame".

The staff were rude, unprofessional, and it was almost like we were putting them out. It's a shame as this place has so much potential. It's just a pitty that the owner (Mandy) is so rude and obnoxious. This place would benefit from a lesson on customer service. Will not be back.

We had our wedding here and the venue was perfect from start to finish. I can't thank you enough, Fiona, for all your help in the lead up to and on the day itself. Nothing was too much trouble and the process was stress-free! We received so many compliments on the venue and the food in particular, everyone loved the meal and I know some of our guests will be returning in the future.

Was really excited to book our wedding here. Didn't go ahead because of how uninterested & rude your staff were. The woman who took us around the venue clearly didn't want to do it, every question we asked felt like we were annoying her? Absolutely shocking to be honest. You'll never have a day as special as your wedding again, we were just excited.

Instead we left without a venue and annoyed at having taken the travel there to be greeted by uninterested people. It won't let me reply to your response - but it's funny that your solution is to pretend I didn't have an appointment. It was on the 23rd of November. So I'm sure you will find that I did have an appointment

Was given an afternoon tea as a gift - service was fine but the sandwiches could have been nicer. While there the security alarm was broken n rang every couple of minutes. As it was a lovely day they had opened a window in the conservatory area n the amount of flies on the windows was very off putting. As there are lots of trees and bushes outside I think they will have to invest in something to stop that

We thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay at this beautifully refurbished hotel. The room was comfortable and luxurious. Special thanks to Tracey the lovely waitress who looked after us so well serving us piping hot afternoon coffee and our delicious evening meal. We had an overnight here recently. It was fantastic from start to finish. The room was beautiful, food was delicious and staff were all lovely. We couldn't fault anything at all about this hotel. We will definitely be back. Thank you for making it such a relaxing stay.

Booked for lunch for a Birthday. Comfy chairs and loads of table room by the window. Beautiful relaxed peaceful meal. The food was delicious and plenty of it. Piping hot and cooked to perfection. Friendly attentive staff and the owner was very welcoming and friendly. We will definitely be back soon we enjoyed it so much and the fact that we did not feel rushed at all and were able to take our time and enjoy was appreciated.
