Quite a retro sort of pub that reminds me of the 70s ( not a criticism ). Basic food, but not bad. Friendly staff and a friendly pub dog.

Stopped for coffee and cake. The cake was nice, no choice but what was there was OK. Coffee was very odd. Very watery cappuccino and latte.

The pub looks lovely. We booked a room. Twin. WITH 2 DOGS TRAVELLING WITH US. How disappointing. There was spider's. cobwebs. On the ceiling. Dust on skirting boards. I know its only 2 stars. But come on. 100. FOR A DIRTY ROOM. ON THE PLUS SIDE. THE STAFF WERE VERY NICE AND REFUNDED OUR MONEY. WE DIDN'T STAY THERE.

Since we moved into Yeldham we started going to this pub, owner and staff are so friendly and drinks are reasonably priced. Husband is able to watch the football whenever it is on so that's 5 stars from him!

First visit today, really nice pub great staff and excellent beer. Lovely warm and friendly atmosphere very nice local pub with great facilities. Really nice kids playground at the back, patio area, car park and nice hotel rooms block. Great boozer will definitely.be visiting on a more regular basis.

Brilliant place to stay if your going to a wedding in the venue just down road. Very welcoming and breakfast was lovely. Had a problem with shower but it was sorted out the same day. Definitely would stay again if we're in area.

The staff here are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The pub is very traditional in style, there menu is traditional and very classic british pub food. The prices are great, the portions great and the quality of the taste is great. I would happily go here more than once, I highly recommend.
