Smuggler's Cove is our double ensuite room with kitchenette. Sleeps 2, a large floor to ceiling bay window enjoys stunning views up and down the estuary. Complete with a kitchenette comprising of a fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle and combination microwave, clever use of space allows for a hidden preparation/washing up area and separate clothes wardrobe. The Studio has a spacious bathroom.
Puffin's Place Apartment is a fabulous apartment situated in the main building. It is unique by having two lounges, with a sofa bed in one, so the apartment can sleep up to 6 people comfortably. Having fabulous views from all of its bedrooms and lounges, it has two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bath.
Quarterdeck is situated next door to the main building. Sleeping 4 in two ensuite bedrooms. The bedrooms and the large open plan living area all have large opening doors onto a huge balcony that runs along the entire length of the apartment and offering uninterrupted views of the estuary. The main open plan living area has a fully fitted kitchen with fridge, freezer, electric oven, hob, microwave, toaster and dishwasher. Bedroom 1 is at the far end and is shower ensuite. This room can be made up as double or twin bedded (specify when booking).
Heron's House is situated at the Seaward end of the main building and has it's own private entrance, with terraced seating area with the aspect out to sea. Sleeping 6 in three en suite bedrooms that all have stunning estuary views. Also having spectacular views; the open plan living area is modernly furnished with a fully fitted kitchen, large dining table, L-shaped sofa and remote control fire.
