Hotel Sheraton

A really lovely hotel with great furnishings, gorgeous room & nice food. Had a great stay with daughter & 2 grandchildren. Kiddies entertainment every night followed by bingo & good entertainment each night. Would definitely return!

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. My wife and I brought my sister, who has a learning disability and isn't too good on her feet, for a couple of days and the staff couldn't have been any more welcoming and helpful. The room was large with a large bathroom and well equipped and serviced. The food was excellent at both breakfast and evening meals. The drinks were well priced and plenty of choice. The entertainment was great. Its also right opposite a tram stop. I would definitely recommend the Sheraton.

A very enjoyable stay visited for a wedding did not know what to expect but was very pleasently surprised by the whole stay. All staff were very friendly & helpful. We stayed in one of the Executive Rooms which was very spacious & even had a TV over the bath. Very good breakfast with good quality ingredients.

Brilliant hotel. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms with tea andcoffee. Continually being cleaned throughout the day. Food was lovely. Away from the centre of Blackpool which was perfect for us but only a couple of tram stops away for those who want the hustle and bustle. Value for money is brilliant. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Well done.

Always a fab place to stay. Friendly and helpful, all staff inclusive it doesn't matter what role they have make you feel welcome. The food is good and well presented. The hotel is spotless and well maintained. Definitely recommend a stay here, many people are regulars. They all chat to one another and make new friends. Our first holiday since the pandemic started and was worth the wait. Well done and thank you to everyone who made for an enjoyable stay.

I attended this hotel for a private wedding. The function room, the bar and generally, the decor was very pleasing, very clean and very comfortable. I didn't stay at the hotel personally, but my experience was a pleasured one and although the bar was a tad expensive, the staff were friendly and welcoming and the food was good!

Lovely sea view in a comfortable very clean room. The food was delicious and I must mention the service of all staff was excellent our waitress Jess was a lovely girl, smiley and was so obliging with all our requests. Would highly recommend staying at the Sheraton we had a wonderful stay Many thanks

My daughter and I had a lovely stay. The rooms were very warm and clean. Food was excellent. Well presented and filling. Above all the staff were very attentive and polite.

Staff friendly and efficient on the front desk Restaurant staff friendly and speedy Food really nice well presented, warm and delicious. Swimming pool area clean and well looked after. Rooms really nice. Comfortable beds and quite. Would love to give 1 star so it doesn't fill up as fast but I am afraid it is definitely a 5 star and am looking forward to our next visit

Been coming here since a child. Recently changed hands and has been a major improvement. Great hotel.

Really enjoyed it. Food served up was excellent! Five stars! Room too compact.

I wanted to stay in a refurbished room. It was lovely bathroom too. We were given a Hypnos bed. Which was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever had. We never slept for two nights and both ended up in pain. They gave us a topper for the mattress but didn't make any difference. Everything else though was lovely. I would love to come back, but not to that bed. Food and staff lovely

I went to the hotel yesterday with a coach trip for the day! The decor was fabulous love the furniture too! Very warm welcome staff great! Got welcomed by the owner which was nice! The food was excellent we had lamb for our main, it melted in your mouth! the atmosphere was fab! We all had a dance and the compair was a great lough! Would highly recommend thank you to all the staff for a special day

Went for a Xmas lunch, food was exemplary as usual. Staff were very nice and polite and covid restrictions were in place around the hotel.

Lovely hotel. Some rooms have been renovated so ask for one of those if you want to book. Food very good considering what we paid for the break. A bit off the piste if you want to shop. Very nice stay overall.

Our room was rather small albeit it was one of the refurbished rooms. I found it a bit depressing to sit in and had to go to the lounge to read my book. The bathroom was lovely thorough. The lounge was lovely and staff were courteous. There was no soap provided in our room and in view of covid I thought that would be standard but I carry my own so that was fine. Not sure if I will return or recommend.

Last night, a blustery night, my husband and I were walking along Blackpool prom looking at the illuminations. After a good walk we thought it would be nice to call in at one of the many hotels and see if we could get a tray of tea or coffee to warm up. 5 hotels later looking very windswept we called in at the Sheraton as we thought it looked very welcoming and how right we were.

On entering we were greeted warmly by a lovely lady and when we asked if there was any chance of 2 non residents having a tea or a coffee she explained that it wasn't normal policy but as we looked so nice (think she probably felt sorry for us!) she would make an exception and proceeded to show us into a lovely lounge where we found a comfortable spot by the window.

After taking our order she duly appeared with a tray of tea and coffee telling us there was no rush and to stay as long as we liked! The drinks were lovely and very reasonably priced and we spent a very pleasant 45mins enjoying our surroundings. We found out that this lovely lady is called Liz and she owns the Sheraton Hotel! We were so impressed with her attitude! What a shining example of great customer service! So a huge thank you Liz you are a star! Nick and Julie

Good food, lot of choice, nicely cooked. All staff were friendly and helpful. Really relaxing break. Will stay again next time in Blackpool. Trips were available and are worth going on.

Hotel spotless and the staff very friendly and efficient. Lovely comfortable room- well worth paying for a sea view. Food not quite as good as on previous visits but the hotel was very very busy. We will definitely be booking again but next time we will make sure it is not a "funtime" week. We have our own grandchildren and great grandchildren but it was too noisy with so many children running about. When you wear hearing aids the sound can be magnified and distorted. Any other time the stay would have been perfect - our fault not the hotel's.
