Attended for a birthday lunch. Plenty of seating both inside and outside. Menu had a good selection food was well presented and nicely cooked. Service very attentive. Good selection of beers and cider. Prices were mid range and setting very good. We will definitely eat there again.

We love this place and visit many times but what is going on with the food side of things? Twice now the wait for food has been over an hour, so twice we didn't bother and the last time we went in. no food at all and it was on a particularly busy day for Broadstairs not so busy for the Albion!.

Food was probably a slight step up from a weatherspoons. Not going to blow you away if you want a high quality brunch. Service staff were very good and attentive, location and view is the big sell here.

We booked a table here for a family meal but were left underwhelmed. The menu choice was limited, with our favourite not available. and vegetables were dried-up. Dessert was spoilt by kitchen staff using an onion knife on the fruit during preparation. Just not worth it. We will visit the competition next time.

Visited for lunch on Easter Monday with four friends. Really busy. Food Festival weekend.luckily got seated outside on the seafront. Very efficient, friendly servers who took food & drink orders both of which arrived in good time. Food was very good and we all enjoyed ourselves.

Enthralling bay front location. Excellent breakfast menu with delicious local kippers. Helpful cheery staff. This is a 3 star hotel so don't expect more. It creaks all over with very little if any sound insulation up and down. Room 19 had a good power shower as well as a miniature lavatory pan with a lid that did not stay up. Visit and spot the 'builders mistakes' LOL, must have been a good friend of the Management.

No parking outside as there are 2 disabled parking bays and a bus stop. The Albion Street car park is about 100 meters away and very reasonably priced. Worth a visit just for the views.

The room was lovely. The front desk staff on Friday night was helpful, friendly, and gracious. The wait staff in the restaurant, over breakfast, was equally lovely. The Saturday morning front desk staff rude, unhelpful and pushy. If you want an easy, quiet, get away at an exceedingly reasonable price, this is a great place. It is not luxury but if you are in Broadstairs then you shouldn't be expecting it.

I though this place was really good. Good menu and friendly staff. Had read a bunch of reviews saying it was pricier than the rest of broadstairs but didn't notice that to be fair. I would like to go back in summer when the garden is open and sit outside looking over the bay. The menu is small but varied and the service is polite and prompt. I think my one complaint is that it would seem to be overbooked for lunch so the guys were running round an awful lot but in this climate I don't blame them! Well worth a visit.
