The Richmond Suite can hold up to 120 guests and depending on your function boasts a new sparkle dance floor.

Disappointed in the room, did not smell fresh and clean, furniture all scratched no plug for the sink. I was expecting to stay in the lovely rooms shown on the website in the hotel but we were in the rooms outside by the hotel. Beds weren't to comfy and very noisy doors and other ppls doors slamming to. Food was fantastic and service was great nice friendly staff.

Service was absolutely excellent: from confirming the online booking over the phone, to reception on arrival, to the bar and restaurant. Dinner (but not drinks) was included and the (only 5 supplement) steak was the best we have tasted for years. The bed was not the most comfortable, but the bathroom was very clean, roomy and had a brand new, walk-in shower. There is ample parking onsite and the view from the Forth- facing rooms was very good. We will definitely be back!

Attended a birthday lunch in the small function room. What a beautiful room with floor to ceiling windows to get the best view of the river in the distance. Staff were brilliant and food was very good. No one in our 30 plus number was disappointed. Cannot comment on overnight stay but would recommend for a function

Booked her over one night arrived met at reception by excellent staff chatty made to feel welcome booking into room 27 was told was a lovely room and it was all newly decorated and furnished the only gripes we had were no nets or other means of privacy if you didn't draw the curtains as it had huge windows which are very old and didn't lock and they opened as far as they would with now safety latch on an accident waiting to happen I think I understand its not a family room but still a bit of safety wouldn't go a miss but apart from that a lovely room had a fantastic view out the side window a view of the carpark from the other which was a bit noisy on a evening. Fantastic friendly bar staff who never stop and in the restaurant area also.5*food but portion sizes not huge
