The hotel is okay to stay at but nothing more than that (3 star hotel). Pro: friendly staff, nice entrance area, close to train station and Reigate center, clean room CON: very outdated rooms - an update much needed, window to very loud parking area, breakfast from the menu was okay (14) but don't expect much (very basic)

Sunday carvery. Management and staff made us most welcome and service was excellent. Food was both plentiful and delicious. Superb salad buffet starter plus soup. The carvery had a good choice of meats and wide selection of vegetables all of which was first class. Good desert menu and with coffee to finish, it was a most enjoyable experience.

A bit of a mixed bag for the Sunday lunch carvery. On the plus side the tables were well laid out with plenty of room. The starters were plentiful with a nice selection. The carvery was very tasty and the puddings were lovely. And the price was very reasonable for 3 courses. On the negative side the waiting was a bit of a shambles. Once you get shown to your table you're very much on your own.
No explanation that you had to go back to the bar for your drinks or that the sweets are listed on a separate menu that the waiter may or may not bring to your table. We even saw one waiter tell another off as he was taking the order from the other ones table. All the time we were waiting for anyone to come and pick up our dirty plates. So if you can ignore the fawltey towers staff the venue, the food and price were very good.

Had a dinner dance here and the staff were wonderful, but the rooms are externally dated and looking very tired but all the food was disgusting at the dinner and the breakfast, was of very poor quality and such a disappointment. I will not be going again due to the poor quality of food, a genuine disgusting dinner and could I do a better job myself at home.
Could not wait to leave and get something good to eat, was such a shame after having a wonderful front of house and bar staff experience to be let down by a terrible kitchen.

Sunday lunch with the girls What a lovely experience. Food and service were amazing. The starter/salad table wonderful mixture of fish, meat, salads choice. Main carvery beef (extraordinary) gammon and turkey with a choice of veg and potatoes. Good choice of dessert. Wonderful ambience. Will definitely return

Lovely quiet Hotel, very well appointed spacious bedroom. Ample parking and very well situated with easy access from Junction 8 of M25. Easy journey down hill into Reigate centre. Excellent decor and ambience, Staff helpful and friendly. Really enjoyed the choice of breakfasts available. Booked for two nights, but stayed additional night as enjoyed it so much. Will definitely go again.

Overnight stay in Reigate, within walking distance to centre. Only a small centre consisting of jewelllery/charity shops/bars/cafe. Good size Morrisons and M&S food hall. Hotel staff are very helpful, Adi the evening waiter in the restaurant was extremely helpful, very curious, as were the rest of the staff. The food was fresh and well prepared. The hotel is clean and tidy but in need of an update.

My husband and I stayed for two nights as was attending our friends wedding nearby, Our Uber didn't arrive and the manger kindly took us to the wedding! So kind. Lovely stay, clean rooms and nice outside area to have a drink. Girls on the reception on Sunday were lovely checking us out too. Helpful staff.
