Unfortunately this Hotel has let me and my daughter down at the very last minute! I had a nice day planned with my 3 year old Daughter who was looking forward to a nice day out around Blackpool and I now have to let her down as they have decided its good etiquette to cancel a booking the day before leaving me with no choice but to let my daughter down!

You should be ashamed as this was not my error and you've given me no notice to arrange something else. and now a 3 year old girl is going to be upset! Well played Park House Hotel!

Really enjoyed our stay here staff were so friendly and helpful great entertainment reception couldn't do enough for us will be back.

Went to a wedding ceremony and a wedding breakfast. All staff very nice and helpful. Food delicious, Tomato Soup, Roast Beef with all the trimmings, Cheesecake, Coffee and Chocolates. Bar quite expensive but not extortionate.

I went with a large group. Having paid the exact same, a lot of them got a very nice updated room. However, my room was extremely tired, small, hot, there were stains everywhere and I did not sleep. This room should not have been the same price as the refurbished rooms. Breakfast was also very small

Married here May 2022. Staff were excellent, from people involved in running wedding events to the staff waiting on I couldn't fault anyone. We married on the FA cup final day, my missus being a massive Liverpool fan was determined to watch the whole game and there were no objections when we put first dance and cake cutting back as the game went on last normal time and into penalties.

We had the wedding in the ceremony room which was beautifully decorated. Wedding breakfast and evening function where again at the hotel, the food was perfect. Usually evening buffets are pretty basic so this really surprised me, all food came out hot and there was plenty to choose from all guests commented on how great the food was. The DJ was part of the package from the hotel and I couldn't fault him one bit, as the drinks continued flowing the music kept playing everyone stayed entertained from beginning to end.

Just a nice comfortable hotel. Very friendly helpful staff they go the extra yard. Just one tiny incy wincey gripe. Spend a little more on toilet paper or provide nail brushes to sort the accidents out.

I checked out their website before booking it looked absolutely fab, We booked a luxury all inclusive stay but all I can say is don't bother the service and the choice of beverages were very few and far between unless you paid extra for a decent one which was 1.60 extra per drink. Service was terrible due to them being short staffed we had to look around to find a porter before we could get a drink as they were multitasking and having 2 private functions on for 2 days out of the 3 that we were there.

Staff were too busy to speak to with regards to our complaints. It was absolutely filthy apart from the bar areas which I think had been newly painted and the food was disgusting

A very nice hotel. It needs updating though. I can't remember the last time I had a key for my room exposed to the new style credit card we all get newer days.

Great three night stay. Lovely hotel. Food very nice, rooms are spotlessly clean Big thank you to NICOLA who works tirelessly cleaning the rooms. Also DARREN behind the bar fully deserves a mention. Both employees are a credit to the Hotel. Will definitely be coming back.

Lovely hotel in its day Staff are absolutely fantastic Especially morning staff They could not do enough for wee granny who could not make breakfast and evening meal Bit disappointed in compare who asked were everyone was from Wee mentioned Glasgow and he said aghh Take it what u can from that

Was there mon 29th-Fri 3rd Dec, was great from start 2 finish, staff were lovely n Friendly, meals were great and rooms were very clean and comfy, evening entertainment was great something for all ages, we were the only one's with a kid but he kept himself amused

I've stayed there 4 times. lovely staff. grate choose of food. Sea views. entertainment. free parking. grate place to stay. I'm back for new year do.

Great hotel, entertainment is amazing too. Staff are absolutely lovely and so helpful, they make the stay a lot more enjoyable as they are very approachable so any questions you have are answered straight away. Will be back again :

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We had a family room with a sea view it was a decent sized room and lovely and clean. Thank you to the manager and his lovely staff so good with the kids.

Our stay was lovely and welcoming. We had Phil looking after us every meal time and nothing was ever too much. He made the stay all that much better xx

Excellent service, all staff well trained (very diplomatic ) check in is fully computerised making things easier, once operators get used to their the new system, Great food along with 1st class room service. makes a stay here very enjoyable. Note; There are no Blue badge parking bays, which surprised me The only negative I found was the hot water supply to our bathroom, one had to run a fair volume of cold before hot arrived, which meant an waste of what is rapidly becoming a problem in the modern world. Doubt Anything can be done though.

Attended a friend's wedding, room was amazing, staff are very friendly and lovely and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Had a lovely stay family room was amazing staff were lovely epescially Ashleigh and Zoe on reception and Phil in the resturant food was good highly recommend this hotel hopefully be back next year x
