Really nice hotel, very professionally run, room well proportioned - we stayed in 7 which is larger than others. Very nicely furnished. Decent breakfast with a few options cooked plus cereals and fruit juices too. Nice beers on tap in bar plus extra seating outside. Located right in centre just set back from the harbour and main street. Didn't eat there but food looked great.

Popped in to this dog friendly pub for early dinner and we had the specials, the Chicken and Grilled Soul and prawns. Both were fantastic, full of flavour, recommended

We popped in for breakfasts which are fantastic! Great portion size and all fresh, tasty products. Very clean and the fresh flowers dotted around were a lovely touch. Will definitely return next time we are in Padstow.

Lots of outside and indoor seating. Good choice of ales too. We didn't eat, but the food prices were a reasonable 18 for a Dover sole, 18 for pork belly, what food came out looked nice. Staff friendly.

Had the roast and can honestly say it was worst food I have ever had and that's me putting it politely. I would avoid this like you would the CLAP!.I mean who puts Courgettes on a roast that were bigger then the potatoes The veg was that poor I didn't even get one of my five a day

The room was reasonably priced and available which i needed for working in the area, room was bed and breakfast standard, clean and presentable but basic. The room has a kettle, Tv and a small fridge. The bathroom has a shower cubicle and toilet and basin. Parking was good but roads on approach to car park were narrow. Breakfast was after 9 which was useless to me as i was checking out at 7.30am.

The worst food experience, genuinely, in years. I cannot even begin to explain how awful the food is. Two of the four meals ordered went back for a full refund, along with appalling service. Also incredibly overpriced. 14 for this burger and chips? Honestly, do not waste your money eating here.

We only had dinner outside so I cannot comment on the hotel part, however, the atmosphere was more pub than restaurant, so I feel the food was slightly overpriced, although still nice. Service was good and very fast. The eating area out the front is fully covered, yet still outside so suitable for dog walkers. Nice place for pub grub!
