If you want to wait for an eternity just for a drink then this is the place to be! The barman or manager not sure what his role was asked us what we wanted then told us we'd have to wait, walked off then just didn't come back to the bar, kept walking by and rushing about and continued to ignore us, we just left in the end. You lost out on six paying customers who would have probably had 3 to 4 pints each, do the math.
Absolute shambles of an establishment! We went on the first day we arrived in the area and we waited ages for any kind of service, we thought it was maybe just a bad day but no the second visit I'm referring to above was infinitely worse! I wouldn't care the place was empty on both occasions!

I was just at the reataurant and at the bar, not the hotel. The barman was totally incompetent, no idea about the drinks. He overcharged us (11 instead of 6). And he was mean when I tried to explain to him. Then I learnt he is the MANAGER. So, the manager was mean, made mistakes and tried to screw us. Luckily the rest of the staff was really lovely and gave us our money back.
