The hotel is in a tranquil location on the edge of woodland and adjacent to the zoo. The comfortable room combined with the quiet of the woodland resulted in a good night's sleep. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to ensure that the room met our needs, providing an infant cot and extra room space. Thank you so much.

It was good but the food was very expensive and the heating didn't work in my room but they did give me a heater for the rest of my stay. My friends towel rail didn't work which they could not repair but we shared mine for drying towels bathing suites etc. Overall it was a great stay and the staff were great. Would definitely book again.

Nice hotel and people. Perfect location if visiting the zoo. Food good. Pool was great for the kids. Layout is good as the rooms are in separate blocks of around 20 connected by glass corridors so no noise from other guests passing to their rooms. It was all good and clean but feeling slightly dated.

We just had our wedding reception at Marwell hotel and it was amazing, the staff were all so wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. They came up to me throughout the day and kept checking if I needed anything. I felt in really safe hands, the room was set up perfectly, I could not have asked for a better venue to have my wedding reception. The rooms were all fab, spacious and had all facilities provided, I would highly recommend Marwell hotel

Amazing stay for valentines night. Leisure facilities are lovely the food is beautiful. Rooms clean and comfy but absolutely freezing. We overlooked this because the rest of the experience was 5 star. Angela met us at reception and is the epitome of the perfect receptionist. What a lovely lady. Thank you
