Rooms at Manor Hotel vary in shape and size as we are lucky enough to be located in an historic building on a hill overlooking the bay. We would be honoured to invite you to enjoy 5 unique, elusive and unusual white wines (pared with 6 canapes freshly prepared by Samphire21) in Hat or Lemon. Two top wine connoisseurs are ready to put their knowledge on display, and teach you about these wonderful beverages.

Services
Whether you are visiting Manor Hotel Exmouth as a first time or returning guest, as a sightseeing visitor to Exmouth, or because you have business in the area, we are delighted to be your hosts for the duration of your stay. Please do not hesitate to let any member of staff know if you have any questions or special requests.
As an old and historic Coaching Inn dating back to the 1790's, Manor Hotel is charmingly different from any modern build hotel. For one thing, although we have a room type called Standard, there is no such thing as a standard room at the Manor. Every room is unique in size and shape. Due to the location on The Beacon there are steps in a few of the front facing rooms, on the first floor.
Manor Hotel Exmouth no longer accepts coach tours but welcomes private groups of all shapes and sizes as we are experienced in all aspects of having groups of visitors for over 300 years! Our convenient location close to Exmouth's train station and coach parking means groups can venture out with ease.
We are incredibly lucky to be situated on The Beacon overlooking Exmouth shore and beyond. Close to the town centre - 6 minutes walking from Exmouth train station, bus station as well as the incredible beach and the start of the world heritage Jurassic Coast. Parking in Exmouth, as in most busy town centres but more importantly a sea side town can be a challenge.

Tiago was my barman and was as good barmen and woman should be. Great mannerisms and manners of course. Selection of your tipple or treats to satisfy your curiosity or quench your thirst. The interior is well thought out and is apt for each room, setting and emphasising the ambiance. And the grub is really good. And the staff give your reassuring guidance and service for your stay. It really helped my weekend off to a great start! Thanks to the owners and the staff.

The Hotel is home to the Samphire 21 restaurant. I have to say that to be perfectly selfish I do not want to share this Restaurant with you as more people experience this top class foodie destination i may experience problems booking future visits as more people become aware of its location at the Manor hotel, all I will say is that Fine dining has finaly come to Exmouth. We'll done the team at Samphire 21.

Staff were very friendly, hotel and rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. The only one thing I would say is the downstairs has been decorated to a lovely modern standard but this doesn't continue to the rooms (a little dated). Would be lovely to see the same theme of decor throughout the hotel. Cocktails were delicious, food was fabulously presented and the location is fab too.

Average experience for an average price. Room was clean with an excellent shower but had one narrow window looking out on to a service road. More guest house conversion than hotel. Breakfast was fine, in a pleasant dining room with a cheerful helpful waitress. The significant annoying factor is we arrived back to the hotel bar at 10.30pm to be brusquely told by an employee that there had been no one around so he had cashed up and couldn't serve us.
We had been clearly told the bar was open until 11pm. Classic case of tail wagging the dog. Like the old days of British guest house "hospitality". Laughable. We spent around 150 in a bar round the corner instead.

This hotel is completely unethical, their listing showed up in searches for Exmouth in Western Australia. Booked hotel to find it was in wrong country, cancelled 30 minutes later and they absolutely refused to refund. The booking was for dates more than 2 weeks away. Cannot believe the poor customer service nor the attitude. Would absolutely not reccommend. Do not remove this review, I have paid for my stay and this was my experience.
