Stopped here for breakfast whilst walking the length of the Malverns as it's roughly half way and in a beautiful location. Their Full English breakfast was amazing and very reasonably priced. The staff were very polite and friendly. There was plenty of parking on site or over the road at the British camp car park which is a pay and display

We stayed for a few days while walking in the Malvern Hills. The hotel is directly across from the old fort car part with access to some great walks. The hotel is only 3* & I do not understand why it should have a greater star it is beautiful. Our room is exceptional with an amazing comfortable four poster bed & furniture to match. There is a large bath/shower room & It is very clean.

We have eaten here during our stay & the food is marvellous and well presented. The staff are all wonderful, friendly, funny & very helpful. I can not wait to re visit I will certainly stay here again.

Just had a great stay at the "Malvern hills hotel " From the moment we arrived you could sense what a well run establishment it was. The staff from reception, bar to restaurant staff all were friendly and efficient and couldn't do enough for us. Then we sampled the food and that was delicious also. Our room was a junior suite which was spacious and well appointed.

The bed and pillows were so comfortable that I managed to have the best nights sleep in years So all in all a great weekend. Thanks to all the staff for making it so good. We will be back and I highly recommend a visit. The hotel is also perfectly situated for walkers with some great walks on its doorstep The hotel is also dog friendly by prior arrangement for an extra fee.

Lovely bar atmosphere inside, plenty of outdoor space too with umbrellas for good (or bad!) weather. There is also a neat restaurant area inside which I believe has a nice view. Food was delicious but on the pricy side. Good access to British Camp hill from the car park across the street.

Lovely bar / restaurant / Hotel in the 3/4 along the beautiful Malvern hills! Perfect stop off, standard lunchtime pub grub but keeps you going on your adventure. They also do a dinner menu here which is very nice but quite pricy. Worth it though.

Clean, pleasant and professional. Food was sound and Hereford Pale Ale quite acceptable! Would definitely come back - not 5* purely as I only had a pint andain course meal but can imagine the rest is good too.

A great place, it was our first time there while walking for the weekend. We ate outside and the food was great! Although 5.00 for the smallest bowl of chips ever wasn't good. We returned the next day and ate in, again the food was great, service good with a good vibrant atmosphere. I would recommend this to anyone.

Having just stayed at the Malvern Hills hotel I really cannot recommend it enough. Ideally located between Malvern and Ledbury within the stunning Malvern hills it's the perfect location. The rooms are modern, quiet and comfortable. As my mother had the dog with her this couldn't have been more ideal. Staff are super accommodating and friendly! Specially thank you to Dawn at reception and the Waitress who brought my breakfast and loved on my dog Henna, so kind. Thanks for a great stay, breakfast and atmosphere, I look forward to my next visit.

Staff were lovely, helped us out short notice after leaving a nearby hotel that just couldn't live up to expectations. Very welcoming, friendly and chatty. Food was awesome! Prices are great. Location was perfect for a gorgeous walk and views. Would highly recommend the chocolate brownie we will definitely be returning.
