Lucena Hotel

Stayed here for 3 nights with my family enjoyed Every minute of the hospitality. they had good food, clean, the owners go above and beyond for you and i have never met a nicer couple of people in my life. Myself and my family would recommend this hotel highly, thank you so much for everything carlton and tia, we will see you very soon as we will be 100% returning.

We stayed over for just one night and I really wish we had booked for longer. Lovely couple who have recently taken over, couldn't do enough for me and my family. Lovely breakfast with a great variety of fresh fruit, cereals and cooked breakfast. Really can't wait to come back and stay again

Stayed over on 30th April & 1st May, me my husband and friend. Hotel is very clean and lovely owners! Breakfast 100% rooms 100% so friendly too & when I go with the children this is where I'll be booking. Nowhere else for me now. Lucena hotel is my go to place when I stay over in Blackpool.

Carlton & Tia have recently taken over this hotel, And as host they really are the best. The hotel is a little dated, but this is far outwieghed by the hospitally offerd, brekfast was spoton. Well done folks, And good luck.

Tia and her partner (I'm so sorry I can't remember your name) have done an amazing job with this place. I love the fact that they are so family friendly, toys in the bar no restrictions on children coming into communal areas. Tia does the best eggs ever (I'm very fussy on eggs but couldn't fault hers) we don't particularly like staying in Blackpool just because we have young children and it can become quite rowdy in the evenings but having found this place and how family friendly they are we will definitely be returning. The owners Carlton & Tia went above and beyond for us. We were a big group of 9 with children and an Eldely man and we were all perfectly accomadated for. The bed was super comfy and the place smelled and looked clean. BREAKFAST WAS AMAZING. genuinely made with love! Under 12s ate free and they had a lisenced bar area which is all very resonalibly priced and a pool table.

Our first night we were a bit cold and I told Mr C who provided us with a mini heater. Tia and Carlton cared and catered for us like family. : parking a bit tricky to find. WE WILL BE BACK!

Whole room is absolutely filthy, bathroom door has no lock and doesn't close cracks in the floor tiles and scirting boars thick with dirt. Walls have food stains and scuffs all over Never come here again. Needs closing down for full clean and refurbish ( AVOID)

I had my doubts at first but this is a great hotel! The owners are incredibly friendly, breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced for unlimited, they have a pool table there, a great bar and cosy rooms. Would love to come back!

Stayed over last night with the kids, booked the room with 3 single beds & a double. Room was bright & clean no complaints at all. Beds really comfy. Actually allowed us to check in 4/5 hours early so we could make the most of our day & night which was really helpful! No complaints lovely stay & will definitely be back! New owners are so lovely & friendly couldn't do enough to help. Breakfast is great value too 7.50 each and kids eat free!

Absolutely filthy, I can totally appreciate a dated decor for the price but there is no excuses for a place to be so filthy. The family room had no room to move around that we was moved to after the first room we had the lock didn't work for the room. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable too. I honestly don't know how this place is still open for business. I wish I'd read the he reviews before booking.
