With the current Government measures in place, we have had to change the way we apply social distancing and are now going to be offering a "GRAB AND GO" BREAKFAST which is complimentary. For guests wishing to dine out there is an immense and varied choice of Restaurants, Bars, and Cafes all within close proximity of the Hotel.

Friendly, welcoming staff in this budget hotel which is about a mile from the centre. I stayed with a group of cyclists and we were grateful for secure accommodation for the bikes in the garden to which there is no guest access. No cooked breakfast but plenty of choice for continental. My room was small but if you want better you have to pay much more. It's not the University Arms Hotel where I stayed for a college reunion, at much greater cost.

Nice hotel. Room was decorated nice and has improved since I last went a few years ago. Staff are very nice and helpful. Only downside is the breakfast. If there's one thing that's important after a hotel stay and that's the breakfast in the morning. I hope this is something they can work on and get right.

Have just spent a weekend at the Lensfield hotel. A group of 6 friends. Great location. Ideal for walking into the city. Fantastic staff. The continental breakfast was superb - so much choice. Hadn't got any soya milk at first - but it arrived within 5 minutes of asking. Everything immaculately clean. All in all a fantastic find. Amazing value for the price in a city full of very expensive hotels. Thanks to all at the hotel for making our trip to Cambridge so special.

Spa = wonderful! We visited the Spa facilities earlier this week and we were blown away - it was incredible. We had a mother-daughter experience and it was worth every penny. It's women's only with limited capacity and so it felt very private and personal. Thank you to the wonderful team for the treatments!

I never made it to my stay. I am from overseas. I was meant to be staying there is October 2020 but due to COVID-19 travel restrictions, I could not fly over to the UK to stay. When I asked for a refund because of these events occurring out of my control, I was told that I could not get a refund because I bought a non-refundable stay. I found the management of this hotel very inconsiderate and not perceptive of peoples' vulnerable situations. When this whole COVID situation is over I would definitely not consider staying at this hotel and would not recommend anyone else staying here.

We were given disabled room - think it was only one available when booked.(we are not disabled). Small room for the price - 120! Comfy clean bed. Dust in places. Tiles around basin needed cleaning. Basin very low for my 6foot husband! -( I know it was designed for wheelchair user!) No shelves in bathroom. We couldn't work out how to turn air con down - room very hot - up to 28° & Asked for help & lady who came didn't know how it worked either! Good job we were only staying one night! Convenient position
