Location was great for me. There are free parking spaces as well which is great although limited number, I believe. Staff are very friendly and the free cooked breakfast thrown in. I will be back although I am not going to stay in the left this time.

Very good cooked breakfast, with good friendly service. Rooms good though a bit tight with extra single bed. Location was good for me, some may be bothered by busy road but ok for me. Parking more suited to compact car when full, but we managed.

Great place to stay in Cambridge. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, comfortable rooms. And a lovely breakfast and parking were included. The botanic gardens are so close, and it's an easy walk into the city centre. Will definitely stay here again.

I booked a single room for 5 nights. The room given to me was completely different compared to the pictures shown on the website. The room was extremely small - only a little bit bigger than a box room. The decor was negligible. It felt like I was sleeping in a spare room at someone's house or at university accommodation. When I politely mentioned to the man at the reception that the room is small and significantly different from the pictures, he aggressively replied "It is the same".

I knew at that point that there is no point in arguing. So I was stuck in this small room for 5 days paying 110 per night. If they had put the real pictures of their room, I would have never booked this as there are plenty of options at this price. I even left a bit of my luggage in the car overnight so as to not crowd the room. This completely ruined my trip.

I feel like I was cheated, therefore I do not recommend staying at this hotel. Furthermore, there are no deliveries or takeaways allowed in the hotel - I think this information is important and should have been mentioned on the booking website!

Very clean, tidy well run establishment in an ideal location for Cambridge junction gigs with added bonus of car park to rear of hotel. All staff were polite and helpful. Cannot fault.

Lovely clean refurbished hotel. Nice decor clean and inviting inside. Breakfast is choice if two juice some cereal and fresh fruit then full English or something on toast. Mixed toast choice of tea or coffee. Our only gripe was the towel rail in the ensuite made the whole room like an oven so had to have the windows open which in turn made it noisy.

We did mention this to the staff. There is however a small fan provided in the room but too noisy to try and sleep with that on. This was room 217 so maybe other rooms different. Our room was on the side of hotel so frontage ones would also find road noise. Overall good location very clean and helpful staff, nice breakfast just a little noisy from the busy Road ask for side room or rear if any but obvs less view from window. Ideal situation for Botanical gardens

Good hotel for a short stay. Train station and town centre both in walking distance but town can take 20 min. Our attic room was alright, small & cozy but a bit dated. The bathroom was brand new and of high standard. Free parking is available but spaces are limited.

Bigger hotel room than expected nicely decorated. Lovely personal breakfast service. Had a problem with parking but this quickly sorted, was directed to more parking spaces across the road.

Staff were very welcoming, room was spotlessly clean and more than adequate for a three night stay. Breakfast was good, perhaps a few pastries would have been good for guests who do not want a cooked breakfast. We had dinner at the hotel one night, and it was excellent. Would thoroughly recommend.
