Polite helpfull lovely owners only stayed one night. even though my bfs there for a week. night.

Lovely friendly welcome. Beautiful breakfast. Room was lovely and clean. Home from home. Jean and franko are so lovely nothing is a problem to them. Would definitely go back

Lovely hotel hosts - Franco and Jean who made our stay from London to Blackpool worth it. Very friendly people who are willing to go the extra mile to help out. Rooms were great, we had a triple and quadruple room with en suite showers. Beds were comfortable enough and amenities were provided with (WiFi etc.) Breakfast served every morning was delicious and children enjoyed it a lot, Franco was able to cater to our needs really well.

The location of the hotel was excellent, quite close to all the main attractions (Promenade 2-3 mins walk including Sea Life and Amusements as well as shopping centre 2 mins). However, the overall cleanliness could improve such as a little air freshening, carpet cleaning etc but I guess you get what you pay for. There were no handwashing facilities in the bathroom. All in all, thanks very much for the lovely stay.

Great place to Stay. Clean & very comfortable beds, Great Hosts, nothing was ever to much trouble. A plentiful Breakfast. Would highly recommend.

Great location and very friendly staff. Everything you could want and at a very affordable price. Good breakfast in the morning and decent rooms. Stayed here with some mates and was great. 5/5

We arrived early and our rooms were ready, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely my daughter said Jean you cook the best bacon and Franco very friendly. On our last day we were able to check out and leave our luggage whilst we took the children to the beech. We even had to write a message in the sand for you guys.

Small budget b&b very near the Tower. if you're into boutique style this isn't for you!. it's a "does what it says on the tin" type of place, limited on street parking but close to a pay and display 24hr carpark. Clean, warm and compact room with an ensuite squeezed in with a nice hot shower. tv, tea making and hairdryer in the room. No WiFi but the plug sockets in our room also had usb sockets to charge our tech. breakfast excellent and owners friendly and helpful . good budget b&b.

Disappointed. Hosts were pleasant enough. The bed bug bites I acquired whilst in room 7 have faded. Room 4 was the one we got moved to. Still musty smelling and dusty with the previous occupiers rubbish under the bed. I guess my room mate rolling in at 5:30 am on one occasion and had to wake up staff to let him in put paid to any offer of a refund. I paid in full. Would not recommend staying there.

The best bnb we have ever stayed in! The lovely couple who own and run the bnb will really go above and beyond to meet the needs of every one and make you feel so welcome and at home. We stayed here with 2 children under 3, the bnb is in great location to basically all the good places in Blackpool so easy to come back to through the day from anywhere ( especially with kids to drop off/pick up stuff).

Breakfast is lovely, the rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable and have everything you could need. If I could give this place 10 stars I would! Highly recommend. Keep up the good work, we will definately be back again!
