The Hesketh Hotel

This hotel was exactly what I needed. Just a basic room with a bed and bathroom, then breakfast in the morning. Location was a bit out of the way of the main attractions but wasn't an issue if you can drive. The owner was very nice and polite, and enjoyed a good conversation. There was a very loud TV during my stay which hindered my sleep for a while, but I don't know if that was a stayer or a local house.

If you want somewhere home from home then this is the place! Annette and the family give you a warm welcome, the rooms are lovely with plenty of space for your clothes. Well proportioned rooms the shower and loo are well maintained. This little hotel is a little treasure, well placed for everything the tram is at the end of the road and gets you everywhere you need to go so you can leave the car and make the most of everything. Annette is super helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Thoroughly recommend!

Gary was very welcoming, the breakfast was lovely and catered for gluten free the bed was comfortable and the room was clean

Clean, comfortable beds, plenty of hot water, great breakfast. Sadly, the hotel needs updating, which I realise would be very costly. Gary excellent host. Good value for money

A nice warm welcome, a home away from home nothing is too much trouble, disabled friendly lift on premises.

Stayed there previously and it was fantastic but was very disappointed with our stay this time as the room wasn't very clean which is a concern under the current climate and they only left us with 1 towel between the 2 of us. Shower was tiny - under the stairs and the door didn't open very far which wasn't a problem for me but for my husband. Room needed a good vac too. Wind chimes ringing all night which kept waking us up. Lovely couple who run it though and very friendly. Ideal location as it has lots of amenities very close by.

Stayed here with my parents and son, the hotel manager was very helpful and informative, the rooms (2 and 4) were clean and the breakfast was fantastic and piping hot. The hotel is very nicely located near to the tram stop and local restaurants and pubs.

Absolutely lovely place run by some of the most amazing people in the business.

Have. been here 4 nights room ok breakfast very good owners very nice, however bathroom was a bit small a good place to catch the buses. would go again.

Stayed here as I was working in the area. Plenty of places to get food and drink locally and the tram stops at the end of the street. Great location. Hotel is a typical Blackpool B&B, clean beds, great breakfast and the warmest of welcomes from the hosts who couldn't do enough for us. Plenty parking as well.
