We have recently stayed at this guest house. Lovely bedroom with very comfy bed, and everything you need followed by a delicious breakfast the next morning. Lots of attention to detail and we highly recommend a visit. Great location, near to the beach and town.

Excellent! Could not have asked for better. Lovely, friendly owners, reasonably priced, delicious food, comfortable & spotless bedroom, great location, big bathroom. Wish we got the granola recipe! :-D. Definitely stay again!

We recently stayed as 3 couples and were made very welcome on our arrival. Tina and Amanda are so friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. The bedrooms were clean and beautifully presented. As for breakfast there was so much choice and excellent quality. A big plus for us was the Honesty Bar where we could meet up with our friends. We hope to book again next year.

As two couples we stayed they last month, the two ladies made use welcome from the start with tea. The rooms where very well presented with everything you needed. The Breakfasts where amazing. We would give this guest house a 5 star rating. We would recommend this property to anyone well worth a visit, as soon as we got back I told a friend and they will be going very soon, they will not be disappointed. Thanks ladies Mick

First class rooms and breakfast. Attention to detail, customer focussed and friendly. Good local knowledge and tips for eating out. Liked the honesty, self service bar. Breakfast was very generous and good quality. Shower in our room (no.1) was hot and powerful. Bed very comfy. The whole boutique was very clean and tidy. Recommended.

I've just come back from a wonderful stay at Amanda and Tina's guest house. They make you feel very welcome as soon as you arrive and always tell you to come find them if you need anything to make your stay more enjoyable or comfortable. Was welcomed with a refreshing cup of tea and biscuits on my arrival and a quick chat about the room and facilities and shown around the guest house. Was allowed to check in early which was a bonus after an early start to my travelling.

The room was perfect for me as I spent most of the days out and about so ideal for what I needed in the night time, somewhere to sleep and relax and the room was very clean and tidy and had all you needed inside. The breakfast was amazing every morning and couldn't fault it. Amanda and Tina fully deserve their reviews and 5 star rating, they are great hosts and have a very lovely guest house to stay in. I certainly will book with them again if ever in Swanage. Great job Girls.

A lovely break, breakfast a choice between been healthy or I'm on holiday I will have sausages and fried bread. The rooms are comfortable tea and coffee and fresh milk in your own fridge. Tina and Amanda were there to answer your requests and they made you so welcome.

Beautiful b&b, exceptionally clean, fantastic breakfast, comfortable bed, the best b&b I've stayed in.

Me & my boyfriend stayed here twice in 2020, the place was very stylish, comfortable & welcoming. We felt very safe with the covid measures that were in place. Tina & Amanda are just great! There is so much I could write about them & their lovely B & B, but I would be here all day! 5 star in every area possible, we hope we can get to you in the Summer (covid permitting). Me and my husband stayed here for four nights. Tina and Amanda are so welcoming. The room was lovely and very clean. They have a lovely garden to sit out in too. I have to big up the cooked breakfast too. Absolutely gorgeous. Might have put on a few pounds but it was so worth it. Everything is so organised. Only a five minute walk to the beach and with off road parking too. If we come to visit Swanage again, we'd definitely stay here. Thank you both for looking after us during our stay.
