The Beaches Hotel

The staff are absolutely amazing! Even did a lovely touch of even giving us an anniversary card. Full of smiles and happy to help. Jeff in the restaurant is the epitome of customer service and they also make a mean espresso martini. We had a gorgeous sea view room. On the other side is a view of Pontins. The room had everything, kettle, hairdryer, tv, complimentary water but did lack the finish that the rest of the hotel has. Overall can't wait to go back. Thank you

My step daughter was going to treat us for a meal while we were visiting her. We were non residents and she had made the booking on the 20th may for 30th may at 7pm. When we arrived at the hotel the woman on reception said that we had a 7pm booking in the restaurant. When we arrived at the restaurant the staff had no knowledge of the booking. We thought they were sorting it out when they completely ignored us and served other people.

Eventually the assistant manager arrived. We had had enough and went to make a complaint with the person on reception. She then said there was no evidence of the booking being made even though my step daughter had evidence on her phone that she had made the booking. We then had to find another place to eat and another taxi fare.

Fantastic hotel, great facilities. Very clean. Big shout out for Val & Geoff. Val the porter/Receptionist. So warm and welcoming, always on hand to help with a smile, and Geoff from the restaurant efficient, and entertaining, he makes the place, a great experience. And the head Receptionist very helpful. A great place for a break. We will return. Thanks guys Ange & Kev Birmingham.

Wonderful location, staff were lovely and very helpful, a smile and a few giggles go a long way in this world. The chefs produced a great menu, thanks. The hotel itself has kept the business Moto ' do not expand beyond what you can maintain '. loved the building and room and my sweetpea and I are childish so enjoyed the maze of corridors, we are both over 50.

Lovely hotel, staff are really friendly and helpful. Rooms are very nice and clean. Beds are comfortable and cosy. Location is great, right on the beach. I did B&B, the breakfast was good too.

We only stayed at The Beaches for one night for my birthday but wish we had stayed for longer! The staff were absolutely lovely and couldn't do enough for us. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was unexpectedly large. Very clean all round and had great facilities in the room too. The view was stunning and falling asleep to the sound of waves made the stay so peaceful! Breakfast was included and really tasty, we also had lunch which was delicious and a reasonable price for a large portion. All food was of a great quality too.

Was booked in for working in the area, and will definitely request again. Bed was nice and the good was nice as well. Right on the beach as well. If I'm ever in the area for holiday I'll definitely look into booking my family here.

I have just enjoyed a 3 night stay at hotel, and I honestly cannot praise or big this hotel and its staff up enough, it was an absolutely amazing weekend and thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing, The staff were fantastic, so polite and welcoming, nothing was too much for them which is wonderful to see. The hotel itself was clean and tidy all of the time, even where they were having renovations and work done, it was left in a presentable Manor.

The room was the eye opened, as I was treating myself I decided to go for the superior room with sea view, I am glad I paid the extra money for this, it was on the side of the hotel which still had plenty of the sea to wake up to, I was very fortunate with the weather also, so I could enjoy yhe sunrises and sunsets all from the comfort of the room, bed was exceptionally spacious and comfortable along with the large TV in the room it was just like taking home comforts away, I would like to congratulate all at Beaches hotel and I will moat definitely be visiting and staying again this year

Me and my fiance had the best time here. The food was incredible. Best meal I've ever had. The salmon was amazing. The hotel was lovely over looking the sea. Nice big bed and lovely facilities. Drinking water in the room too which is useful. We will be back again for sure.

I was there treating my best friend to a night away as part 1 of her hen, Beaches hotel was amazing staff were lovely and extremely helpful when we needed anything, it got cold during the night but they were straight on it, boosted the heating and also bought a small heater to the room for us within the hour we was sweating our dining experience was fantastic thanks to amazing food the chef wow honestly best good I've ever eaten in my life and the waiter Jeff and bar man Daz were really nice and chatty nothing was too much had a real good laugh couldn't fault and extremely excited to go back again very soon with our partners so they can experience the same as us. Thankyou soo much to everyone during our experience it was absolutely amazing. There was only one thing we was a little disappointed about and that was when we heard the chef was leaving his food was seriously incredible.

Love the hotel and staff we are regulars. Had a Sunday lunch today lovely meal but no veg. well a spoon of red cabbage one carrot and parsnip. Lovely but disappointed today

My husband and I have had the most amazing weekend at The Beaches Hotel. Our room had the most fantastic sea view that I could have sat at all day. We dined both evenings in the restaurant, the food was divine and the Maitre d Jeff, brought a whole new level of dining experience to us, he is an absolute gem, nothing was too much trouble and we loved his stories.

We were spoilt to breakfast in our room on both mornings, thank you to lovely Sue who kindly made that possible for us, you were amazing. Although we have been visiting Wales for over 30 years, it was our first visit to The Beaches Hotel, however it will mostly definitely not be our last. We loved every minute. Thank you to all the staff for making it a truly wonderful stay.

Stayed here overnight, booked the family room, spotlessly clean and decorated to a high standard, brilliant service from check in to leave the next morning, all staff were friendly and helpful and polite. Look forward to staying again. Can't recommend highly enough.

Booked a night here recently on booking.com for family reunion. On arrival there was a slight hitch in booking but this was sorted immeduately by nice lady at reception desk. Hotel itself was lovely, clean, friendly staff and food from restaurant was excellent - plenty of and tasty. Nice location right on seafront so handy for a early morning dip in sea or hotel pool whatever takes yr fancy. Seems popular for weddings as there was one going on day we arrived and following day. Hotel also has some chalets adjacent to hotel for rent/hire so plenty options to choose from. Most definitely recommend and hopefully will get to return there in the future

Stayed for 2 nights. Beautiful sea view room with nice decor, and a large bed. Great TV with netflix built in. Would have liked net curtains on the windows for privacy, and the curtain itself was a bit stiff to close. Lovely shower in the bathroom. Breakfast is great, and i love how it is bought to you. Same with dinner, good range of options for vegetarians. Friendly service for both. On the second day, breakfast and dinner took quite a while to be served, but it is understandable as the hotel goes through changes etc.

Lovely hotel, had a 3 night stay and I do not have a bad word to say. Lovely quiet location right on the sea front. Booked with breakfast included which was lovely. Plenty of choice. The dinner menu also represented good value for money. Hats off to the staff very attentive. Would highly recommend and will be returning.

Comfortable beds, great views and sunsets all delivered by a team of caring staff taking the hotel rating to 4* soon to be confirmed. Food all around is good, keep an eye for the day special's, had beef medallions and pepper sauce which were excellent. Thanks to all, will be back no doubt. TIP: make sure you book your table for breakfast and dinner as it can get busy

Really enjoy staying at the beaches hotel. When i rang to book recently they remembered who we were (even though it has been 3 years since our last stay). This time i explained that i was 9 months pregnant on check-in and the receptionist was very polite and helpful by giving us the address and contact number of the local hospital in an emergency. Thanks for a wonderful stay and cant wait for my next visit.

The most prominent hotel on the beach location big place, nice staff, had a flood from room above, all responded and sorted, very quickly, get top floor or bottom floor, always busy, golfers, wedding, etc, which adds to the character of the place, in nice or bad weather, a good place to stay, good bars, good food
