Fast, efficient and courteous. I had 3 credits from cancelled trips and 2 new booking to make. FHR sorted all this out very quickly with good clear communications Very impressed. I have used them many times now & have never had a problem. Thanks! Rob S

AVOID! Non-return of our car to the airport! We parked our Tesla Model S EV at the FHR Meet and Greet. Being aware of insufficient battery levels in the vehicle to last the duration of our trip, we requested the parking attendant who met us at the time of our departure to charge the vehicle. He explicitly agreed to do this without mentioning a charge for the service, however please keep in mind we would have been happy to pay a fee given this is an additional service. Shockingly, during our time abroad FHR refused to honour their word, didn't charge the car as agreed, then when we contacted them stipulated a 50 fee (which we agreed to) and then went silent on us.

In the first 25 days of our trip there was more than enough battery charge in the car for them to have made the 5mi trip to the nearest charger. However they let this lapse and the battery drained. After repeated calls and messages that led nowhere, we've returned to the UK today and on ringing them, they have refused to bring the car to the airport as it has 'low battery', which is exactly the problem we were asking for paid support with and which they promised to help us with and then failed to deliver.

We're stuck at the airport without our car, and now after a 27 hour journey, we have to take a cab for 8 miles to their car park to a car with a dead battery which affects both the battery life and longevity of our car, and we will experience a further wait for the service company to arrive and quick-charge the car. FHR won't even reimburse our cab fee to their car park, which is a trip we're only making because they've failed to deliver the car to us at the airport as contracted. We will be taking steps as this is a clear breach of contract. In summary, please avoid FHR at all costs - we regret ever engaging them and paying the 200ish fee.

AVOID! I would have given no stars if it was possible. A very poor service. The driver took over 30 minutes to pick me and my family up. He kept saying he is 5 minutes away all the time and as such me and my daughter of only 6 months were waiting outside in the cold. It would have been much quicker and cheaper to use a shuttle bus and the official car park at Heathrow.

Even worst, the company did not refund difference in cost of booking when it was changed from a week to a couple days only. Their lines are closed and they do not respond to emails. Absolutely appalling service and I would strongly discourage anyone from using the company for airport pickups. As to their response: a refund of 7 for 3 days! And since the company admitted they have no control over who they use to store or drive your car, and no means of ensuring you are not stuck at the airport whilst waiting for someone, I STRONGLY advise against using them at all. Much better and cheaper to book directly with HR. You will need to send multiple emails to get any response at all in any case.

I have had nothing except magnificent service from Book FHR. I am a regular traveller and compulsive about forward planning, therefore when all the trouble struck I had multiple bookings for car parks and lounges for a year ahead. I cannot have asked for more from FHR. I have had total cancellations, minor changes and more significant changes all dealt with quickly with a nothing is too much trouble attitude.

Even feels like emailing a familiar person rather a random company and I will never look elsewhere for my airport needs. I'm not sure if I've lost a penny for any of these changes. Possible some small change fees, but every booking I've had, they have happily helped me use my paid amount to match my new needs whatever they may be. I don't book price based, but I believe their prices are as competitive as possible but they certainly offer a wide range of options to suit all needs. Thanks again

I frequently use FHR as their prices are very competitive and there is usually the ability to modify bookings later - either with a small fee or with no cost. They often have offers which I don't find on other sites. The website is good and customer support is excellent with rapid responses to email questions.

Review editted to reflect change of policy Terrible initial customer service for bookings taken out well before Covid-19 crisis Emails are ignored when you tell them what they don't like hearing Will be initiating a chargeback for the booking and also avoiding like the virus itself from now on Will note I have used many times before but due to the above will ensure I, and indeed all family and friends will not use again therefore a loss of approx 5-600 p/a to them Edit (not at request of company I add) FHR have now changed policy to enable customers to rebook at a later date.

The price difference is chargeable but this is fair. Still only 3 stars as in my opinion they should really have been more on the ball originally but the change of policy is welcome and appreciated

Very disappointed in this company. I used VIP meet and greet through FHR and on the return of my vehicle, the passenger side window was cracked 30cm long! They had realised and said that it had happened whilst they had it but yet they wont be liable. Not even a sorry. The reason was it was stood in the hot weather for 10days so its just cracked! Poor reason.

Will never use this service again. Not trust worthy. Do not use. Also to add to this whilst away i recevied a parking ticket as they had parked my car in a hotel! And driven 13miles when clearly states the carpark is only 1mile away. Disgusted. Not what anyone wants they couldnt care.

Brilliant. All the staff were helpful, polite and professional. The transfer was efficient and the process from booking to collecting the car was quick and easy. We waited no more than 5 minutes both dropping off and being picked up. Well done to all the team it was the best airport car parking experience I have had.
