Staff very welcoming. Very, very clean. Good location, tram stop just over the road. Our double room was small and so was the bathroom, we were offered a bigger room for an extra 25, but we were happy with what we had, it still had everything we needed and was exceptionally clean. We had a really good stay and would definitely stay again. Only thing is parking, if you want to be driving in and out each day of your holiday then forget it.

Once you're parked you're parked. We just bought a three day tram ticket for 15 each and used the tram which was even better as I could drink alcohol and not worry about driving!

Hotel was lovely and clean owner's very polite and helpful Hotel room was spacious bed was lovely and comfortable shower room nice location was very good will definitely be returning

STAYED FOR ONE NIGHT, SEEVIEW ROOM.BED WAS SO COMFU.ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC PLACE. THE HOSTS WITH THE MOST. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Lovely little hotel and a bargain. Could not believe we got a double room for 2 nights the weekend before xmas. We will be back.

Stayed for two nights very welcoming and friendly and clean. Breakfast offered on arrival and close to all facilities and attractions seafront perfect, karaoke and music was available ready and waiting in the bar everynight if you fancied it Lovely people thankyou will be returning next year x

Booked family room only to be split up into two double rooms. One of the rooms being so small and dingy. The window blacked out and looked out to a minging entry and it was boiling. Not the greatest family get away being apart, having to run back and forth to share toiletries.

Fantastic place to stay! Very family friendly. breakfast is spot on! Plenty of toast and coffee to go with it too, excellent hosts! On arrival they saw my other half is pregnant and moved our room closer to the ground floor without us having to ask. We forgot to order breakfast on our second night. it was still cooked waiting for us the following morning! We will be back next time with our little one!

Tina and Evan were fantastic host made us feel so welcome couldn't do enough for us our room was lovely spotless they both went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed there hospitality was great they are an amazing couple I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Blackpool but the fame hotel I give there hotel 10/10

Two night mini break with our teenage son. Booked triple room but upgraded to a family room on arrival. Tina and Evan are very friendly attentive hosts. The room was very clean and comfortable. Loved the cooked breakfast, catering well for vegetarians. Great location too between tower and pleasure beach. Would highly recommend.

When booked ratings looked good but it's not! Welcoming it was! but the rooms are dated bed in uncomfortable in fact it all needed skipping. We was facing the sea but broken lights debris left where you can see out of window on top of a roof top belonging to hotel. Made a coffee with facilities rinced kettle out used bottle water still taste manky it wasn't worth 60 more like a tenna would have drove home if we hadn't had the extra drink at Yates!
