What a bizarre hotel! hotel staff do not come into the room to make your bed, change your towels, etc. without permission. If you stay longer than 1 night, you have to ask the hotel staff to do your room. But that doesn't even work. Asked for room service three times in two days but didn't get it. Dirty wet towels. No made bed. No new toilet paper. bad service! But why? I booked a hotel, not a cottage!

A two day golf society in April, we played the old course then Woosnam the next day, the old course is very scenic and a moderate challenge, it had really nicely kept greens and bunkers full of soft white sand, it looked like Augusta. The Woosnam was quite a challenge (most of us are mid handicappers), and although in good condition the bunkers on the old course had more sand, there's some great challenging holes, and punishing run offs.
The hotel staff, especially the trainee chap on reception and the new bar lady were very helpful, the evening meal and breakfast I'd rate highly, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the pool/sauna a handy addition. I look forward to our next visit.

Had a good time resting here for 3 nights. Staff were friendly, young Matthew in the restaurant was brilliant. Downside was that our room was dusty when we checked in; they needed to ensure rooms were tidied up before putting out to customer. Room didn't have fridge, thought they had. No AC in room as well. Breakfast is not buffet, but you can ask for more.

Stayed at the Dale Hill hotel with the girlfriend for a couple of nights. Perfect place to stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was super. Excellent restaurant. Also tried out the room service, which was super quick and just as excellent. One critic being that the bed could have been slightly comfier. Would definitely recommend staying here.we'll be definitely returning
