Redwings Lodge

Rooms are ok, clean. No Ac, kettle tea, coffe and milk is given in the room. u can request for baby crib if u needed. No refrigerator in the room but u can keep ur things in the fridge at reception staff is v.v nice and helpful and at reception 24/7some one is present with a smile. U can get hairdryer from reception when needed. clean towels are given in room and shampoo and bodywash as well. Thete is a bar and common room at ground level bar has timing.

Hot Breakfast is available at some costwhich will serve in dining/Common room. There is a also a microwave in same room so u can use any time. U have to pay for parking 5 a day. they have a v.good parking space. lodge is located in center of the city asda, sainsbury located just walking distance. main shopping centre is also on a walking distance and different restaurants aswell overall lovely visit. will definitely recommend.

Just don't book there. Don't get fooled by the cheap price. First expect to see Everything (!) stained. Carpet. Wall. Bedlinen. Even found a chewing gum on the bedroom mirror. At first reception lady tried to brush it out saying there is no other room but then, after talking to manager, magically found us another room. Please do yourself a favour. Put a few quid more into any other hotel. Just not this one.

Rooms have all the basic amenities but some of them wont be fully functional. The heater in my room was not working but they shifted me to a new room and the bed lamp was not working in the new room. If you are going for a short trip and looking for affordable rooms and located near city center thes this place is a good option. Btw the staffs are really helpful and understanding.

I booked a disability room which was situated on 1st floor with no lift access, the place smelt of a care home, carpets where covered in stains, the bathroom had rust all over the hand rails, but the bed was comfy. Went to the cafe asked for menue they only did a choice of 6 pizza, when it came it was served in a pizza box not even a plate. On the night time the hotel corridors smelled of green and we were woke up at 12.50am by people banging on doors. I booked the room for two people with breakfast and they said I could have one breakfast and have to pay for the other.

Great location. Staff were very helpful. Sadly the room was tired and the window didn't stop any of the noise from outside. The room was cold and in the end we didn't sleep well at all

Booked into the redwings lodge through booking.com booked a disabled twin accessible room when arrived found disabled parking went to reception gave my details are you wanting accessible room unfortunately I live so not and your room is on the second floor then offered my money through booking.com the manager seem to think that I should have to make sure the room was available even though it clearly stated on my email that we had a accessible room booked with them I doubt if I'd ever stay there again the managers attitude was absolutely appalling he could do with changing his attitude towards people he made it sound like it our thought we eventually got in trout rooms by the staff lift which he could have offered us at the beginning the room was poorly designed there was a lack of facilities in the the soap bottle was that they provided were empty but the shower was adequate we had to move the beds to get the wheelchair obviously no fault of gone into the layout I can only presume this is down to the manager you obviously look little experience in running a hotel

Run down and tatty. Convenient for city centre with parking. Clean but basic. Beds a bit lumpy. Chaos at breakfast. Ran out of bread, cups and coffee. Full english cooked promptly. Probably worth the money.

Clean and pleasant stay. Lovely staff who are willing to go out their way to make your stay as best as possible. Bed was more comfortable than beds from other so called higher star hotels. The only issue I had was bathroom was quite small.

The staff is very nice, and the room is not too bad. But the WiFi doesn't work, as well as the lift. The TV doesn't work too well, sometimes turns on for itself. The curtain in my bedroom is broken either. But it's clean, the bathroom and shower are good, has coffee and tea for free, and it's roadside to the molineux stadium

Staff were nice room and hotel needs bloody good deep clean. Bed had that old musty smell to it and the floors looked they hadn't seen a hoover for weeks. Bar staff and reception were really nice tho Breakfast was just about edible but nothing to get excited about On the good side the beer was cold and my glass clean
