Famillies with young children can enjoy a day on the beach, the toddlers rides on South Pier, or even Nickelodeonland. Older children will spend all day at the Blackpool Pleasure Beach, an hour in Pirate Adventure Crazy Golf, a couple of hours in Sandcastle Castle Waterpark, or the Sealife Centre. Teenagers will be amused in Coral Island, or bemused in Madame Tussauds, and educated in The Tower Dungeon. Elderly visitors, can wander round Houndhill Shopping Centre, escape the kids at Mecca Bingo, or take a tram ride to Fleetwood Market.

Highly recommend this place. The bed was comfortable and the room was compact but didn't feel cramped. The hosts are extremely friendly, happy to sit and chat all morning! Breakfast was incredible, didn't really need anything else to eat till teatime. It's a 5-10 minute walk to the front so it's far enough back to be a little quieter whilst still being handy for tower, piers and trams.

I wouldn't stay anywhere else other than the chelston, amazing people, food is top quality and plenty of it, beds are very comfortable, nothing is any trouble and they certainly go the extra mile to make ur stay an excellent one. And the beach an seafront is only a 3 min walk

Fabulous weekend with my little one at Chelston. Very clean and comfortable stay. The owners are lovely, helpful and friendly, they made me and my little girl very welcome. Breakfast was amazing too! Definitely be booking again, don't think I would stay anywhere else. Thank you Chelston

Recently stayed here and I would definitely reccomend staying. Allun and Sue were perfect hosts, nothing was too much trouble, especially when we needed breakfast earlier then they normally start breakfast on 3 days out of our 4 day stay. They even accommodated for a friend who was staying down the road but only had a room and no breakfast and allowed her and her daughter to come and have breakfast for a small charge. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Only 10 minute walk to Blackpool seafront and shops. 10 out of 10.
