Wow! I haven't even arrived yet and I can tell this hotel is going down hill from the last time I stayed. I rang to check on accessible room, to be told its just an normal room, if you want a accessible room a extra 30 per night, total discrimination against a disabled person. Parking was free, now 5 per day, if I'd known I would not of booked, hay ho that's life, if I'd known about this hotel i wouldn't of give them the time of space let's see what tomorrow brings

Staff and bar area was nice but the place is expensive for both room and drink. The room was tacky with mould and damp. Everything in Blackpool is overpriced and most places looked run down so it's probably better than most but needs a lot of work done. Also we left the hanger for our room to be cleaned and it wasn't, no big deal we just asked the cleaner for more towels. Was a bit annoyed we weren't aloud to check in 2 hours early which made life difficult when we were willing to pay.

We wanted to stay in a hotel of a brand we knew in Blackpool so was pleased to see a best Weston in a decent location! Nice hotel with a sea view. Not too far into the centre of Blackpool but you can walk next to the sea all the way which is nice. The hotel room was a nice size, nice and clean. Only down sides no hair dryer in room, the radiator was on full blast in the bathroom and couldn't be turned off. Breakfast was okay you could choose Full English, cereal, yogurt, toast, pastries and muffins. All in all the hotel was nice

Spent one night and it was enough for me. It is a nicely situated near the sea, and close enough to the piers and shops. The bed was very comfortable and big in our room, but the rooms layout was lacking. The furniture was a bit random and the closet was right beside the bedside table which made it awkward hanging up clothes. Also the closet was tiny and didn't even have doors.
The biggest problem I had with the room was the bathroom. Very old and not that pretty. Tiles were cracked, silicone was old and there was mold growing on the ceiling. The toilet didn't flush very well and the shower was a disaster. It was a three knob system which was difficult to set, and the thermostat is probably broken as you only got about 30 seconds for a warm shower before it got extra hot or extra cold.
The rooms are not looked after and cleaned each morning, and they expect you to leave your dirty towels right outside the door. On the upside, staff were very friendly. The lounge was big, but a little unpractical to sit and lounge in. There was a doggie station at the entrance, with doggie treats and snacks at the entrance which was nice. It did the job, but wasn't anything spectacular.

Friendly staff on check in. Had a sea view twin room it was clean and ready on time. Had everything you'd need, beds comfy, was a little too hot but better than being cold. Breakfast area well set out with choice of cereals, pastries, juices, toast, full breakfast and lovely coffee. Staff really friendly. Parking was adequate. Hotel within easy walking distance of main attractions.

Some friendly staff, the hotel is expensive for a *** star l was charged extra on arriving for parking. TV in my room didn't work. The Breakfast times are very restricted and the chef refused to do poached eggs. If your late slightly for breakfast you are told you have to pay for a late meal. The whole experience was not pleasant.
