We welcome old and new guests alike and are proud to say that we have guests staying with us that have been coming to this hotel now for over 25 years, long before we ever came to run the hotel.
We are well aware that our prices are not the cheapest in the area but feel that the accomodation offered still represents value for money as our repeat customers prove this fact. The majority of comments in our guest book confirm that we are amongst the top 10% of hotels in the Central Blackpool Area with many compliments coming from old and young alike about the cleanliness of the whole hotel and something which you cannot purchase the friendly welcoming atmosphere which is in the hotel.
The hotel has earned the reputation for being extreemly clean, friendly and comfortable and has many testiments to this in the hotel comments books. The hotel has been FULLY refubished and redecorated. We do not have a bar but you are welcome to bring your own alcohol into the building for your consumption.
All our rooms are tastefully decorated with full ensuite shower facilities, central heating, free televisions, tea and coffee (replenished daily) & radio alarm clocks & electronic safe box. We would like to assure you of the very high standards of cleanliness in all our rooms which are serviced on a daily basis with fresh towels available.

Hosts were so welcoming and warm, always ready to help and nothing a problem. The room was lovely. Such a comfy bed, had great sleep. Room facilities were amazing and shower to die for. Every precaution for covid was spot on. Great location for beach, Coral Island etc. Highly recommend. Will certainly be back.

Stayed for the one night for a convention and i didn't want to leave. The owners are lovely and very welcoming. Very easy to get on with. Breakfast was to die for. Beds were comfy and rooms were cosy. I love the decor too :) would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Blackpool, party animal or not :)
