The hotel booking confirmation failed to arrive prior to our arrival. I had called but I only had an answer phone service which I couldnt leave a message on. I managed to speak with someone the day before arrival and I was told I'd receive the door code later that day. I didn't. Therefore we couldnt get in. We managed to get someone to open the door who then after some deliberation of my identity gave us the for code.
We left to go out straight away and on return the door code didnt work. We had to used out of hours service as stated. Even though it was early. The same person after again deliberation activated the door. The room was very nice and comfortable as everything appeared brand new. The " On site cafe " stated on the site and in the rooms book was nowhere to be seen.

Good place to stay for a short trip. My partner and I had a loft room which was great but the ensuite was very small. Liked the self check-in aspect, the welcome guide reassured us that there were staff on site although we didn't see anyone during our stay. Everywhere was very clean and tidy. Minutes walk from the train station and selection of pubs/restaurants.
