I was on holiday with a group. I'm visually and hearing impaired so the experience was new. I really enjoyed my stay here I felt the staff had a great attitude towards disabled people. I can only give 4 for my room as my shower was broken no cold water making it unsafe. They were very apologetic and hopefully it will be replaced on my next visit in Oct.
I've requested same room as it means I can find it. The entertainment was good and Nicole was great again great with us. The man on the bar deserves a mention as he was helpful and friendly, just what you want when you are on holiday. Very good they had a talking lift and bar menu and other things in large print. I look forward to my return visit many thanks

I arrived here with Betty on Monday gone through to yesterday morning and I tell you what, Betty absolutely loved staying here at the Bond! Absolutely cannot fault the staff, all of them were immensely helpful and were lovely with Betty and all of the other guests. The entertainment was also fantastic, and for Betty the highlight was getting up to dance which she hadn't done in years. Would highly recommend the Bond for a holiday break for those with care needs, and hopefully we'll be back! Betty and Nat :

3 night stay. Good value for money. Food was plentiful, self service or table service if needed. Entertainment was also very goid. Nathan depty manager was brilliant and was hands on helping his team at busy times. The night manager was good too. Rooms were adequate and clean. The lift is small so a wait for that at times. Would re visit again.

I went here for a tinsel and turkey weekend. This hotel is specifically designed for disabled guests. All disabilities are accommodated, from level flooring to ceiling hoists. The staff were absolutely fantastic and helpful, the entertainment staff were brilliant. It's close to the tram stop, so easy to get from one end of the promenade to the other. Room was clean and tidy. No late night noises. Would recommend to any disabled person. They even have a collect from home service and live in support workers.

Went with adults with additional needs, for a 3 night break. Every thing was prefect, all staff helpful and nothing was beyond the need to help. Hotel very clean bedrooms comfortable. Meals not to my liking but am a very fussy eater. Evening entertainment suitable for all. Would definitely like to return. Good location

We took my 80 something parents away for a much needed break after the last 18 months. We chose the hotel due to their limited mobility as both are wheelchair users and the facilities offered included profiling beds for them and adjoining rooms for carers/family. The staff and service are exemplary. Everyone is cheerful, polite and genuinely want to help with no request being frowned upon.
Parking can be a challenge but usually a space is made with double parking or using pavement outside or spaces across road. What to expect: A warm welcome with full explanation as to how everything works and parking etc. The hotel is a little dated but clean and comfortable. Bathrooms could use more rails/holds for the older guests and toilets are very low but they do have seat risers which helped. Bedside lights are in the carer/family room of room 12 but there are none in main room my parents were in which made turning lights on in a morning a little harsh for my dad with bad eyes.
We had no hot water on our last morning but it was quickly fixed by Gary. A lot of equipment is available for booking however they don't have Zimmer frames and we forgot ours for my dad so a note to self should we visit again. Food is buffet style for breakfast and dinner, and you really need to be there in first hour of the sitting to get the best of choice.
It was of a good standard and plentiful with a veggie option available. The roast potatoes with Sunday roast were amazing. Requests for poached eggs at breakfast also happily taken. All of kitchen team and table waiting team were accommodating and helpful as was the cook. We went out in the day so cannot comment on lunch. Evening entertainment was enjoyed and is brilliantly inclusive for all abilities who use the hotel. Bingo was played and won twice by my mum who loved it, raffles are held for charity. Fancy dress competitions can earn the winner a free holiday, we didn't take part but was fun to see the effort made. Seriously cannot compliment the staff enough for all they do here.

Incredible service offered that this hotel. My grandparents stayed here during a stay cation in Blackpool, both with very limited mobility. The service from staff was exemplary. Nathan in particular was a highlight for this trip, his demeanor, his hardwork and kindness was beyond anything we could have dreamed. The entertainment of a night was great for them both.
The rooms were spacious enough for a wheelchair to be easily maneuvered around the room and during an incident in the night where emergency services were called due to ill health, the staff again conducted themselves incredibly, Nathan once more being the stand out of this hotel. Would recommend this hotel to anyone who has extra mobile needs and help.
